I lucked out also. After completing all reservations earlier this morning, when the CM was ready to give me my confirmation numbers - we got DISCONNECTED!!!

I kept calling back, over and over, until I finally got a CM with her computer up, she said it was running slow, None of my earlier reservations were IN THE SYSTEM! However, she said she could take reservations, after taking 3 reservations she would give me my confirmation numbers. She said it kept her computer from crashing!

Made reservations for all 11 days in August! My DW is going to be so happy, I called her school (teacher) and left her a message - mission accomplished - all days and almost all times requested!

I'm glad this site exists! I was avaible to vent and find others sharing in my anguish!

Considering I was booking for a party of 13, I ma very happy with the results. I will kepp trying for an earlier ADR for Boma, but otherwise I am making no changes!!!

We were so excited to get everything we wanted within 30 minutes of desired time. I was on the phone at 6:59 am, on hold for 30 minutes and got them all. Well worth it!!! This is our 1st trip with Free Dining and we are looking so forward to it!!!

I am hoping its as good as what everyone says...it was the 2nd reservation that i booked and had to redo alot of the schedule cause this was a totally diff. date but I heard so many good things on Dis that I just had to try it as our only grownup meal

UPDATE:
Just called and was able to get Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic on Aug 25th at 4:15pm (they also had Fantasmic Brown Derby available that day) and Sci Fi on Aug 20th at 1:15pm. Cancelled Cape May and Raglan Road. And we should be set now. YEA!!!!

(2nd choice, wanted Whispering Canyon)
Aug 19th - San Angel Inn 6:15pm (1st choice)
Aug 20th - Raglan Road 6:15pm (hoping to switch
to Sci Fi, Cast member thought that
and Fantasmic is not loaded yet
today and said to try back, this was our
3rd choice, also tried 50's Prime time)
Aug 21st - Boma 5:05pm (1st choice)
Aug 22nd -Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast 9:30am
Kona 5:40pm (Both 1st choice)
Aug 23rd - Chef Mickey's 5:15pm (1st choice)
Aug 24th - Le Cellier (lunch) 12:05pm (1st choice
needed lunch because we needed to fit
in my daugter's Tea request)
Garden View Tea 4:40pm
Aug 25th - Cape May Cafe Clam Bake 5:30 will call
back to try and get Fantasmic (2nd)

All these reservations are for 9 except for the tea which is for 7. It almost seemed like HS (MGM) wasn't loaded into the system yet today, but I will see if I get anywhere when I try back again, the cast member said everyone was getting the same error. By the way the cast member was very nice, had an accent, but was easy to understand, and was able to understand we well, even with the cold I am fighting. Started dialing around 6:56am, got through at
7am, told 4 minute wait, was about that maybe 5 or 6, then went through 11 reservations, with 14 attempted and a few time adjustments put through in about 35 minutes.

Yay, I get to eat something other than poptarts for my trip! Fianlly got all my reservations booked at 2:00 pm, guess I shouldn't have bothered calling at 7am and back and back again for 3 hours! I'm pretty happy with my reservations. I got the restaurants and days I wanted just had to change some times. Overall I'm pretty happy.

Tues 8/18 dinner Whispering Canyon 7:45 pm (I had wanted more like 6:00 this could be rough with my 4 yr old)
Wed 8/19 breakfast Princess Storybook Epcot 10:45am (just what I wanted)

So like I said I'm happy. I'll keep trying for something earlier at Whispering Canyon or maybe swap it with another non park day dinner to find availability. Regardless, what I have will suffice. This should not have been so difficult!

OK, so I called back and changed just a couple. Got Biergarten on August 19 at 5:35pm and canceled 1900 Park Fare
Swapped them out on the 24th and now have Park Fare at 5:55pm.
I AM SO DONE! (at least for now)

Got each day we wanted, and with the exception of Donald's Safari, either got our exact wanted time, or were within 30 minutes. Donald's we'll have 8 in our party, and were off our wanted time by almost 2 hours, but I sort of expected that, and was just glad we didn't have to change our scheduled AK day to accomodate it.
