Here is what I got for our stay in August. All are for a party of 7....myself, DH, DS and 9 year old quadruplets (DD,DD,DD &DS).

I will be calling tomorrow for my stay from August 18 to 27, also at Pop. Can anyone tell me what time the ADR hotline open until. I know that you may call in starting at 7:00 am but I won't be able to stay on hold for so long, I am going to call after I finish work tomorrow evening. What time do they close for ADR?
This is our first time on free dining, can you also tell me what time frame you can book for the below TS:
1. Ohana dinner
2. Ohana breakfast
3. Le Cellier dinner
4. Coral Reef lunch
5. Teppan Edo dinner
6. Toyko Dining dinner
7. Boma dinner
8. Chef Mickey dinner
9. Crystal Palace dinner
10. Kona Cafe dinner

I see that some of you book dinner as late as 9:30 pm, what time do they close? Will they rush you to finish your dinner because they are closing soon?

Do you normally go back to the park after dinner? If so, what's the optimum time for dinner if you want to go back to the park?

We were so excited to get everything we wanted within 30 minutes of desired time. I was on the phone at 6:59 am, on hold for 30 minutes and got them all. Well worth it!!! This is our 1st trip with Free Dining and we are looking so forward to it!!!

I added on another lunch and dinner ADR tonight. There was no problem with the lunch, but couldn't get Ohana for dinner on the 20th. I was offered Kona, but went with Tony's. There did seem to be options open still at this point, as I got offered restaurants right at the time I was requesting.

Called today (May 20) at 7:00 am - got in right away. Booked one ressie then they were having system problem and put me on hold for a few minutes. Was able to keep going but was never able to book anything for Aug 20 - wanted F! dinner package at MM that didn't work then tried for Tusker House and that didn't work . She said all agents were getting an error and to call back!



Here is what I wanted vs what I got...Had to do a few switches.

Aug 19 - wanted Cape May Cafe at 6:30, switched and got 1900PF at 6:50

Aug 20 - wanted F! -MM or Tusker House - got nothing

Aug 21 - wanted Ohana at 9:30am - had nothing, switched for Boma at 6:00

Aug 22 - wanted Crystal Palace at 5:45 got 6:10

Aug 23 - switched with Aug 21, wanted Ohana at 9:30 got 9:20

Aug 24 - wanted Cali Grill at 8:00 got 7:55

Aug 25 - wanted Chef Mickey at 5:15 got 5:15

Aug 26 - wanted le Cellier at 5:00 (choice of 4:40 or 5:50) got 4:40

Aug 27 - switched with Aug 19, wanted Cape May Cafe at 6:00 got 5:55

my LAST reservation TODAY, called at 7:06am....still on HOLD!
My Goodness, there will be a LOT of eating going on!

I was in the middle of making my ADRs when the computer crashed around 7:25AM, and was told that I needed to call back. I am praying that the ADRs thet I had already made are still in the system. Now I am on hold again, waiting to talk to a CM.

W family.....YUP, system crashed....I LOST ALL my adrs other day, UNLESS they got/gave you confirmation numbers, they are not LOCKED in.
I HOPE YOU GOT THEM.
I will say that after all the grief we got GREAT times and places, I think MANY people lost reservations and it actually was crazy!!!

I was on hold 1 hour, then just told system DOWN to call back (for our LAST day!))

The CM I spoke to said he would be there the last time during the day at 2:40 so we had to book ours for that time to be able to see him. We wanted dinner...I will have to look into that further but heres what I got

Called again at 7:50am (May 20) to try to get that last ADR for Aug 20 F! - MM.

Was on hold for 20 mins, got through gave CM my details, tried to book ADR and was told system was down. Guess I'll have to wait till after work.

BTW - system told me it would be a 30 min wait so jumped in the shower and got ready for work while on hold....never done that before!
