Sharing pin codes

We have a multi-family trip planned for the last week in Feb. It is my family, my parents, my sister and her family, and my brother and his wife. We booked 4 different reservations through a travel agent. If one member of the family gets a pin code, can we all use it?

Up to 3 rooms allowed per PIN.

The reservations have to be in the name / address of the person who is attached to the pin.

What if each family has it's own reservation but we are traveling as one group? Does that make sense?

My sister has the FD Pin, we are traveling together (2 rooms) and I have my own reservation number under my name and have FD.
