Sharing Memory Maker and adding borders?

So, my family and my BFF's family took a Disney trip together and eerything seemed to work great with our MDE, Fastpasses, etc. All of our photos showed up on the Photopass site and we are both trying to add borders to the photos before our time is up. Problem is, we aren't seeing each other's edits! We see all of the photos, no matter whose band it was on, but when one of us adds a border, it doesn't show up for the other person! Do we need to log in under the same account? Do I need to call photpass support? Has anyone else had this happen?

When my family (in several rooms) shared MM recently, only the person who purchased the MM could actually download the photos, even though everyone who was linked had all their photos in there and we could all see them. Therefore, we realized that we should log in using the owner's password only, otherwise all our edits would just sit there and couldn't be downloaded unless you paid separately for them. In our case, it was my dad and he didn't mind giving us all his login/password, so we had to take turns (I don't think more than one person could be logged in at the same time using the same ID) make all our edits in that same account and download all the pictures with edits from there.
