I have a trip planned for 2 adults and 1 6-year old child. The child is a picky eater and doesn't like too many chicken nuggets. It seems as if the only thing on the children's menu is chicken nuggets and mac & cheese. There are other foods, but not much more of a variety.
I have the dining plan for 10 days and was planning on doing about 7 character meals. The other 3 meals I wanted to go to Le Cellier, Prime Time and Concourse Steakhouse. When we go to these restaurants can we order 2 adult meals and then share them between 2 adults and 1 child or will the waiter makes order 1 adult meal and 1 child meal when we say that we are sharing?
Since I have been reading some postings and it sounds like it's so much food that I thought 2 adults & 1 child can share 2 adult meals.
How are the meal credits issued? Do they give tickets for each meal for each person on the dining plan? I read somewhere that they put it on the room key. Do we have to carry room keys for myself, my niece and my 6 year old nephew to get into the parks and eat?
Are there any recent changes? I have been reading postings to gain information on the dining plan and almost all postings say that the credits are pooled together whether they are adult or child, but today I read a posting that someone just booked the dining plan and was told that the credits are separated. Is this true?
Any info will help me plan so I can call and make reservations. Can I make more reservations and then cancel them later?
