Ick, uck, gross. I can barely stand my own fuzzy teeth in the morning. The thought of using someone else's fuzzy tooth cleaner is beyond gross. HOWEVER... I clicked other because I have, on a couple of occasions, had a senior moment and grabbed the wrong tooth brush! I knew it the second I started brushing, because his brush is worn down differently from mine. Spit, gag, spit, rinse-rinse-rinse!!!

no way EVER would I use his toothbrush  we both have VERY different toothbrushes so to even confuse them would be pretty hard to do. We do share a tube of toothpaste though don't see any harm in that.

So question for everyone who would never share a tooth brush... Do you share a tube of toothpaste or do you each have your own?

We use different toothpaste it only because we like different types.

I may have accidentally used DHs toothbrush (and vice versa) when we swap out for new ones and I forget which color is mine. I wouldn't use his on purpose but Im not grossed out by it since I run hot water over my brush before I use it.

Tooth brushes are just one of those things where everyone should have their own

Imwouldnuse my finger before using someone else's toothbrush

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL NO!!

I finger brush before I put ANYONE'S used toothbrush in my mouth. Gooooood lord hell no

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 I had a boyfriend that stayed over and forgot his and he used mine- it went right in the trash and I bought a new one- that is just SO nasty!!!!

Have not read any of the responses yet but I am so happy about the poll results and have to show my DH. He will often use my toothbrush and I get SO MAD. He will grab it "in the dark" or will use my if he throws his away or hasn't unpacked it from a trip or something. He thinks it's no big deal since we are married and doesn't get why I get so annoyed. It is just GROSS!

That would be a big fat NO!! God knows where his toothbrush has been and I don't want my DNA on it:lmao::lmao:

I'm not sure that I've ever shared with my spouse, but I have shared with my children when they've forgotten theirs when we travel and we can't buy a new one until the next day.

I will use his toothbrush in a minute before I use his towel....now that is gross!

Yea that is another thing that does not get shared! A nice fresh clean towel for everyone!

That would be a big fat huge NO. There are other things I'll "share" with DH in the name of love ;) but plaque and food particles not included. Having said that, I did recently accidentally use his toothbrush when I was very sleepy, and I guess EXTREMELY sleepy, because it didn't send me into a fit of retching when I realized what I had done. And I never told him.

One time when we were very newly wed, without even realizing it, I used his toothbrush to clean the sofa spot cleaner off. I guess I thought "Huh, an extra toothbrush"...forgot all about whatsisname! LOL I didn't put that one back tho and only realized it after he couldn't find it. :teeth:

Won't share towels or washcloths either, since I wouldn't even use my own washcloth twice.

In college I had an apartment with friends, moving out at the end of the year 2 room mates discovered they had been using the same toothbrush, both thought it was theirs! They were grossed out, but laugh at it now.

Love that episode!

We have never shared but in an emergency where we needed to we wouldn't hesitate. I do think it's super gross, though. LOL

Absolutely we share, DW doesn't like my electric toothbrush though. The I see it we have things in each others mouths that are more unsanitary than toothbrushes.

HAHAHA!!! That is my logic as well. ;)
