Sammie said:Unless you want the souvenir I think the cost is too high over the savings, unless you eat there everyday with a family. You would have to get multiple refills to warrant the price. They used to not be so expensive, but I guess Disney sees the cost of the mug as a way to cover any loss on the cost of the drinks if anyone does not follow policy. I don't purchase them anymore.
I realize that the cost is quite high. That is why I was looking for an alternative. I think we will bring out brita water bottles from home. That way we will always have something to drink for free.

that one is rich.
Disney gets all their soda for free for adverstising. If that is just a rummor, they don't pay much for it. Either way I am not worried in the least big of ripping Disney off. They get most of my money as it is.
(oh and I own stock in Disney too.)

Good night all and thank you for making me laugh...I've needed that so bad lately. Work has been a nightmare. My time off lately has been spent having anxiety over having to go back to work (I'm a nurse) so you people...whether you know it or not...give me a reason to do something besides obsess over my overwork, under appreciated, burnt out staff. I love the DISBoards and all of you regardless of your position on the mug issue
night night
