Shareholders Club and E-Trade Question

We bought 20 shares of Euro Disney SCA (EUDSF) in order to qualify for the shareholders club. I did do the online membership form from he shareholders website. I am just stuck on the next step. What do I need to ask for from e-trade to send/fax to the company? Thanks for your help.

You need a share certificate or something along the lines of that to prove you own the shares

You should have got a receipt (not necessarily a shareholders certificate as Halifax hold mine) and that is sufficient to fax for proof of membership if you proves you have bought the shares and has your name on it

We have just done this.

We used Halifax and under the section that says my statements there is a section called my dealing history - if you click on that it pulls up a copy of your contract note, just print that off and fax it together with your membership form to the fax number.

The shareholders club replied to me within a few hours of me faxing them the information to confirm they had received it and giving me my card number along with confirmation the card would be in the post within the next couple of weeks.
