Does anyone have an Escape Budget for 2010? I am trying to put together a budget to see if we can make this happen! I think I want Misty & StVS for live webcasting

Correct - it should have been 27 x $12.50 plus 6.5% tax = $359.44. So that means we paid about $1,520 in tax and service charge on top of the $10,069 in actual goods and services we got. Interesting....

I knew it was too good to be true. For a second I thought the charge was $12.50 for the viewing party. Then I figured that could not be, as this is Disney, so before I made changes to my budget, I figured I would ask you. We're planning an Escape wedding at the wedding pavilion and I gave us a budget of $10k for one day. We are not even having a formal reception, just taking family out to a buffet and we're already so close to the limit.

My daughter had her wedding at WDW last year (wow a year already) and fortunately for us we are locals and around 150 people showed up. I can say with everything--I am including the Pavillion, Cinderella's coach, all the floral and table settings, reception at the Yacht/Beach Club, pre-reception and open bar, the food, cake, decorations, chocolate fountain, transportation (limos and bus service), DJ, photographers and videographers--it was just a little over $64,000.00. We had a budget of $60,000.00 but had to throw in some little items.

We had spice crusted cornish game hen, miso salmon, and carved to order flank steak. There was jasmine rice, a medley of potatoes, mixed asian vegetables, and assorted breads. $57.50 pp.
Our hors d'oeuvres were bbq chicken flatbread, kalamati olive flatbread, and coconut shrimp. $20.50 pp.
Most of the recipes came from Disney restaurants (Sanaa, Yak & Yeti, and Jiko's). It was a lot of food, but that was one of the most important things to us!

we are in the process of working on ours. once its final I will post but we are having a wishes VR in july for 25 total guests at 10:00 am with lunch in napa afterwards then dp party. have one charcter, caricature artist, using outside photography, made own floral, having mk and epcot shoot with limo and bus for ceremony reception and we are still under minmum and I am looking for ideas.....
