Shades of green

I purchase tickets form shades of green using the order form. They apporved my application but now they say i dont meet the qualifcations. I now i migh have to pay the diffrence . I was apporved though? this not fair its not my fault.

We were also told my husband qualified, but now we're confused.
He's a Vietnam Vet(not disabled) but receive medical from VA. According to SOG: Veterans must present a Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) And Real ID with Veterans logo you qualify .

Which tickets? You can purchase the tax free discounted tickets if you have a Valid ID showing you receive health care from the VA. You cannot purchase the Military Salute tickets unless you have a VALID DOD ID card (100% disabled, active duty or retired). It's all spelled out on their web site. WDW is the one who controls who can purchase the Military Salute Tickets, not SOG.
