I've been on it 3 times. The tour is booked directly thru WDW (not thru AAA). There are a number of discounts available.
This page has information about the price, discounts and how to schedule.
The tours can accomidate up to 10 people. There are 2 CMs with you, both on Segways.
The tour starts out with a little movie and introduction lecture in a large training room with 2-3 CMs acting as trainers. Then you get onto the Segways and practice getting on and off, going in a straight line, turning and going up and down a ramp. That takes the first half of the class, then you go out into the park for the rest of the class.
There are 2 CMs for the park portion and both are riding Segways. One goes ahead of the group and is the tour guide. He/She gives a little lecture about each country as you go thru and leads you on a bit of an obstacle course (you can opt to go a more direct route to avoid the obstacles if you want). The other CM rides behind the group to make sure no one is having any problems.
While you are in parts of the park that are open, you ride single file. Once you reach the part of WS that is not open, you don't have to ride single file, but still have to stay with the group. When you reach Italy, they stop for a little rest where you can get off the Segway for a few minutes and/or have pictures taken. If you have a camera, you can hand it to the CM and he/she will take your picture.
