sever too busy messages?????

hi all,
anyone else getting these messages the last 2-3 days or is it just me?and the dis seems to be running slow or is it just me too?

I've noticed it starts to get bad after noon (Eastern) until about 4. It has seemed to be a little worse the last week or two. I'm not usually posting in the evenings, so couldn't tell ya about better/worse lately.
