Thank you to everyone who commented on my trip post AKL is definitely our new favorite Disney property!!!

Sounds like your having a great stay! It's making me excited for our trip in aug.

What kind of H2O products do you have in your room? I heard they've changed.

The products we have are: 1.25 oz. H20 grapefruit bergamot conditioner, 1.25 oz. H20 grapefruit bergamot shampoo, 1.25 oz. H20 grapefruit bergamot shower gel, 1.25 oz. H20 grapefruit bergamot body lotion, 2 1 oz bottles of mouthwash and H20 sea salt soaps. They are nice but I think I was spoiled by the big size products they have on the Disney cruise lines. 1.25 oz is not enough to wash dd14's long thick hair let alone for all 4 of us. I requested extras from housekeeping and they supplied them no problem.

Hey guys, we are staying at AKL for the first time in July! We'll be staying in a standard view room at the Jambo House. We were wondering if guests at the Jambo house are able to use the pool at Kidani Village as well. I've looked around the web and some say you are able to, while others say it is for Kidani Village guests only. Thanks in advance!

When I checked in they stressed we could use any of the Kidani facilities and our safari guide this morning mentioned it again.

Saw someone taking pictures of the food in CL tonight and dd14 wondered if it was a DISer.

There are elevators throughout, not just at the end. And there are also stairs that go down to the pool. I got lost last trip and found the stairs, not sure how many there are.

That is good that there are more elevators and stairs . I would hate to have to walk all the way down the hall every time I wanted to go out. Especially stairs that go down to the pool would be great About how many elevators and stairs are there in on section of rooms ?
