Well thank goodness it all happened yesterday and was fixed for the most part! Today was much calmer. The most eventful thing today was making dinner which I had not done in over a week!

As I said to Pam, luckily most of it was solved yesterday. I just hope that we are being aggressive enough with the antibiotics that the wound heals properly before the trip in May. We also have a business trip to Vegas in two weeks so I hope she is up for that, we planned a day or two of fun in addition to the business.

There is a merchandise preview for the new Carsland going on which started today and goes through Thursday. I had hoped we could go, but it doesn't look lime it will happen, especially since our 2011 tax appt takes place tomorrow afternoon. I'm not sure what all we need for Fridays audit, but I guess we are really hoping to postpone it now. Not sure what will happen, but we'll see. All I can do is keep a positive attitude and see what happens!

Just crossing our fingers for the May trip, our Dr. said today said that Arline has pneumonia. It's OK she tols us, besides the fact that we cover the annual retainer, she listed us on the Hippa agreement for disclosure of her condition. However the fact that I am telling all of you violates any agreement! But really all you need to know is that BOTH my traveling companions for my trip next month are fairly seriously ill today. While I won't say it sucks to be healthy, I will say I wish I could share my good health with my friends and family!

For some strange reason I can't sleep! With the tree hour difference Alison we should be joined by Brandi and maybe Elin fairly soon.

Geez Alison, so things having been boring in your world lately?

So are Fran and Arline taking care of themselves to get over all of this soon?
We all are cheering you and them on for your May trip. You HAVE to go next month.

Thank you Pam. The bush was here when we purchased the house 15 years ago so it is pretty mature. I am from the lilac festival capital of the U.S. so I have always loved them.

Have you had time to start your trip report and down load your photos yet? I am sure you have been busy busy with just getting back. We all will be here ready to enjoy whenever you can put it together. Just don't make us wait too long hmmmmm like.......some people......who's name must not be spoken.

Thank you Chris. It seem like we are always on at different late hours. But is always good to see you. How are you doing?

Alison, I hope your tax accountant appointment goes very well tomorrow. Then that will be one more thing to check off you list. So your going to Vegas in two weeks if Fran is up to it. Where are you staying? Same place as last time? I might be in town around then, not sure yet.

Brandi, Can't you just tell whoever is in charge that you need rest and physical therapy for your foot and your MD has given you a script for a ECV and half a day at Epcot?
You know the area you told me about........then you tell them you were driving along on your ECV and fell in a Ditch! That should get you off work for the rest of the day.
Too bad is isn't that easy! Take care and try not to overdue.

Well, I am getting slap sleepy so going to try and get some rest. See you all tomorrow.

Yeah! Real boring! That is the one thing that Fran keeps reminding me is that she promised it would never be boring!

I'm not sure why I'm still awake! I took a couple of Fran's pain pulls (which would put a horse to sleep! ) Plus I made a sleepytime tea in my new -Keurig, and I'm still awake

Fran has been enjoying her new hip and knees and has been pushing herself, so she should be exhausted, but she did sleep until 11AM. Arline still lives in Tulare so we don't keep up with her as much as we should. We hope to have her moved to Long Beach by the end of the year so we can better help her out. After her heart attack last summer, she needs to be closer to people who cab help her out. All her friends in Tulare are in the same age range and have their own issues. We aren't THAT much younger, but enough that we can be more helpful. Plus get apartment is across the street from where her widowed husband is buried. That is not healthy!

Kathy I enjoyed your TR and great pictures....lots of great pictures. You two make a very cute couple. Thank you for sharing your trip and Happy Belated Anniversary! Are you going to add on the Sanabel part of our trip. I would love to read about that and see pictures. Have always wanted to visit there.

Now I'm on pain medication (which isn't doing a very good job this early after surgery) and having to type with just my left hand. My DH has a lot of work to do for the two of us during my 3 month recovery period. I'm in a splint now and on April 11 that will be replaced with a cast for an additional 6 weeks!

So, currently I'm praying for relief from pain and full recovery for my hand. Thinking of all of our blessings helps a lot. We have so much to be thankful for. I know that God's Son, my Savior, will get me through what has been the worst pain in my life.

The Disboards are one of my happy diversions.

I hadn't planned on adding the Sanibel Island part. But since you asked I could perhaps do that in a few weeks. Yesterday I had surgery on my right hand. Now I'm on pain medication (which isn't doing a very good job this early after surgery) and having to type with just my left hand. My DH has a lot of work to do for the two of us during my 3 month recovery period. I'm in a splint now and on April 11 that will be replaced with a cast for an additional 6 weeks!

So, currently I'm praying for relief from pain and full recovery for my hand. Thinking of all of our blessings helps a lot. We have so much to be thankful for. I know that God's Son, my Savior, will get me through what has been the worst pain in my life.

We just stayed at Jambo House in a Deluxe Studio and I was disappointed to still find the small filter using coffe machine. I don't know if it's just studios or just Jambo House in general though. I figured since they were at Kidani they had made the change at Jambo too
