Thanks .. I had never done rider swap (when we went there last year we just went on rides with the little one). Not as efficient as I thought. I was expecting to be able to wait in the line with everyone and have the child/non-riding parent step aside and wait for me to return to swap (like I've saw at the Harry Potter ride at Universal Studios).
You miss the fun of taking your child through the line and seeing the sights (and seeing the actual ride) and having to rewait in line (even Fast Pass) .. is still a little wasted time. (I understand the logistics though as there may not be room for people to wait at the ride loading spot, just disappointed.). Definitely cuts down on abuse I would think.
But, technically only need one Fast Pass for that ride then? That could give extend our Fast Passes uses then. That's a great perk and makes up for having to wait in the line twice.
