Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FP+ Opening

I called technical support and they looked "behind the curtain" and confirmed that I had SDMT FP+. Hopefully it will show up on my home page tomorrow!

I am not seeing ANYTHING for either June 1 or June 6. It is blacked out as "standby." Could they possibly be out this fast or do you think they are deliberately holding some back?

I don't want to be the bearer of potentially bad news. But, I did get a FP+ earlier in the day for June 6 (about 3-4 hours ago). As a test after reading your post, I tried to change the time and it told me no alternate times were available.

Don't know exactly what that means, but it likely means they were available and have all been reserved.

That said, certainly some people will cancel theirs or maybe they will release some later.

Ugh...it appears we may have to brave the standby line. I wonder if there will be a mad dash at SDMT like A&E? Unless I get lucky and come across a fp, I most likely will try it on a morning EMH day first thing.

We arrive may 28 I also can't find any availability for my 5 park days

May 29 we are doing EMH morning in MK so i suppose that would be the best time to hit it. or would rope drop on a non EMH morning be a better idea?

My SDMT FP+ does not show up on the MDE app, but it's there on the website. After all the crashing and, possibly, system update, the app may need some time to catch up.

We are there the 16-25, so hoping for either the opening or an AP preview during that time. Fingers crossed.

Anyone know how an AP preview works? Is there any notification to AP holders?

I'm there next week but I'm hoping for a soft opening or maybe AP opportunity. If not, it's not going anywhere & will be there next time. I'm excited for everyone else that did already reserve it for the 28th & beyond so far.

Honestly, I've had very little problems with fast pass...until NOW! I booked fast passes for my friends at exactly 60 days before their trip. I went back in to verify them, and two of them are messed up. One little girl in the family is booked with the boys on Peter Pan instead of Enchanted Tales with the other girls! I KNOW I didn't do that. There is no more availability at Enchanted Tales that day to move her to the correct fast pass. Can technical help do anything?????? It just won't work the way it is now!

Did you try to copy the Enchanted Tales back to the little girl? I've had to do this several times when my FPs have gotten jumbled. I have also called and spoken to a CM that helped me copy FPs when I accidentally cancelled some and couldn't add them back.

ETA: Also, the website is still glitching and I don't think it's showing everything accurately.

Haven't read this thread at all today (spent a very rainy day in MK!), but we saw CMs riding this afternoon. I asked a CM about soft opening and she said "not this week or next week.".

If that's the case, no need to fret. I'm still looking forward to my trip. After all, there are plenty of other attractions to spend time in at MK & as I've already said, it's not going anywhere.

..Maybe my new Dwarf name Sunny is really more accurate than I thought.. They say when you receive a Dwarf name, it never lies. Yes, I am referencing Once Upon A Time.

I got a fp 4 it this morning around 8 for the 28....

No glitches this morning maybe the system got overloaded with disers throughout the day lol

I would definitely call then and hopefully a CM can help. I have had LOTS of issues with my FPs (9 people, two reservations), and I've eventually gotten all of them resolved, although I was ready to throw in the towel many times! Good luck

Hi there!

The "trick," if we can call it that, is to keep trying, keep trying, and then keep trying some more.

Both the "Frozen" meet-and-greet and the Enchanted Tales are crazy-booked and impossible to get, right? And yet, at least on two occasions in the past few weeks, I've seen both.

Now, keep in mind, they only show up ver-r-r-r-ry rarely, and then only as a blip, but if you are diligent, I believe you CAN find a slot -- even for the Mine Train. I will not give up, and you shouldn't either.

Agreed; I've yet to see SDMT show up even once as an option in the iPhone MDE app. I have been able to book even BoG through it -- maybe SDMT is too new, as you suggest?

If there's even a glimmer of a hope that there's an extra slot in the system somewhere, I agree, the "copy" feature can be a lifesaver. I'm still hopeful I'll be able to "reunite" our separated FP+'s for SDMT; my husband and son are at noon-ish; I'm at 9:00 p.m. Worst case, we all get to ride, but it would be nice to go as a family.
