Sesame Place hotel

We will be visiting Sesame Place near Philadelphia PA this year and need the name of a nice hotel nearby. Anyone stay near Sesame Place??

Did you check their website, they list hotels on it...but there is one really nice one right across the street, you can walk there!

I'm not sure if I overlooked it but I didn't see hotel info on the site. I did see vacation packages, but we only need hotel. We already have tickets. If you know where on the site I can find info, please help. Thanks a bunch!!

There is a Sheraton right across the street. There's also a Hampton Inn in Newtown which is not very far away (maybe 10 min).

Just avoid the hotels on Route 1/Roosevelt Boulevard in Bensalem. Some are ok- I think there is a HoJo and a Red Roof Inn- but the others are 'day-rate' places if you know what I mean.

Do not I repeat do not walk across that road!!!!!! So many people are hit on that road it is scary. It is a sheraton and they do have a shuttle bus that will take you to sesame place.
What type of room are you looking for? Just a place to sleep? How far will you be willing to travel? 5-10-15 minutes? Let me know, I live about 10 minutes from sesame, I'll try to help ! You can send me a pm or email me if you would like.

BTW, Sesame is alot of fun, we have season passes and go all the time.

I also don't mind driving up to 10 minutes or so. Do you know of any restaurants to get a quick (not fast food) dinner?

Sesame is right next to Oxford Valley Mall, within a 2 mile radius( I should really say within 2 minutes) there is
Olive Garden
Red Lobster
Charlie Browns
Chilis
Cheeseburger in Paradise
Macaroni Grill
Lonestar Steakhouse
Smokey Bones
TGI Fridays
Red Robin
Bertuccis
and there is a Ruby Tuesday a little further away.

And if you want a nicer hotel the sheraton is really nice.
There is also a Marriott and a MacIntosh about 1/2 mile away.
