Wer recently returned from a one day visit to DLP while staying in Paris. First off, service is very sloooooooow at DLP. Everywhere....and for everything. I didn't find anyone rude, but things were much slower than in the states. Secondly, there are much fewer CM's available at DLP than there are at WDW. I couldn't find a CM on Main Street to ask a question. Most likely a result of low staffing levels necessitated by the pitiful financial position the parks are in, I assume. Fastpass operations are also different. At DLP one CM takes your ticket at the FP return, then you merge later with the regular line on your own. At WDW there is one person who checks your FP at the return, and another who collects it and controls the merge of the FP and standby line. The setup at DLP can be confusing. There was a family in front of me on the Indiana Jones ride who was ready to turn around when they got to the merge because they didn't know what to do.
Those were the basic differences I noticed. The park really is beautiful and, dare I say, better than the MK.
