OK, here is a stupid question from a non-US Disney-freak, who is curious about the "served family style": What does that mean? Is it still all-you-can-eat or not??

Yes, it is still all you can eat. They bring enough food out to serve your entire table, like you would at home, then you pass around the serving dishes. Then if you want more, just ask your server for more of whatever you would like.
