September veterans - Fantasmic ?

OK all you September veterans. How far in advance do you arrive to get your seats for Fantasmic? We are planning to see Fantasmic on the Thursday after Labor Day. I've been many other times of the year, but never September.

HELLO!

We have been to WDW for the past 6 Septembers and we always walk right in to Fantasmic about a 1/2 to 45 mins early and there are always TONS of seats and we can pretty much pick where we'd like to go....I feel we get there too early but it is a nice break at the end of the day to sit and have a soda and people watch while we wait.....you should not have to get there any earlier than that........Have a great time

DisneyMagig 73, did you need a light jacket or anything when you have seen Fantasmic in September? The only time we have seen Fantasmic was in November and February. And even though it was warm during the day we needed sweatshirts at night.

Ditto what DisneyMagic73 said. We went second week of September last year and did the Fantasmic dinner package, and felt we wasted money and time. We could have had better seats and gotten there much later if we had just walked in. We spent a full hour sitting on those hard, backless concrete benches waiting for the show. If we go again this September, we'll plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the show.

Doubt if you'll need a sweater. September can still be pretty hot, but watch the 10-day forecasts before you go and you'll have a better idea of what to expect.

The only time we were cold was during the week of 9/11....it was raw and rainy that whole week so that was the only time...other than that we have had warm nights were you don't need a sweater......Enjoy!!!
