We will be there Sept 19-24 at BLT!! Studio, for DW and DD. Our school system in Ga has a week off in Sept, so it is great to go then! Less lines, 'cooler' than June when we went.
EXCITED about seeing and staying in BLT!!!
We have annual passes, so we went in June for 7 nights, BLT for 5 nights, and maybe in Feb for 5 nights as well....

We lived in Orlando during the 2004 hurricanes. There is no better or safer place to be to ride out a storm than WDW. Sure, they closed early the day Charley hit, but opened only slightly late the next morning. Crowds were super-light. As far as WDW is concerned, don't cancel around hurricanes. We drive now from GA, so cancelled flights aren't a concern for us. The largest issues facing Orlando travelers during a hurricane warning are cancelled/delayed flights, and the availability of gas.

As far as rain is concerned, WDW got more rain in May of 09 than all the hurricanes of 04 combined. So, don't sweat September trips too much.

we'll be at BWV Sept 6-12. We always travel the week of Labor Day, and haven't had any problems with hurricanes so far, but I'm a little nervous this year since it's supposed to be a big hurricane season.

We will be at Kidani Sept 22 - Oct 7. So excited. We have 2 standard view studios. Cast of characters is me, DH our DS, my mom and her boyfriend.

BCV Sept. 18-25. We've been in Sept. once before and it was warm but not unreasonable with almost no rain. Fingers crossed for more the same.

We will be at the AKV September 12th through 17th - we normally go in September never had a hurricane. Now we froze to death this last January 2010 - thought that was pretty bad

BCV 9/19-9/25. Ist DVC stay. Home resort is BLT- will be there in Dec.
