September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!

On Friday after work, I did 10 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of weights and 25 minutes run/jog intervals on the treadmill.

Saturday - NOTHING!!!

Sunday - Hiking up north. We went for 1 hour and 20 minutes, but I am going to count 1 hour because there were a couple times we had to stop so my DS9 could look at a bug or my DD6 could look at a flower...

That brings me to 790/1100!!! :flower:

i hit 250/500 tonight--half way!!
i got a new exercise machine so i will be working out alot more,,so hopefully if i kick it into gear, i will be able to make goal!

Felt a little better today, so I did a 30 min Leslie tape. 246/500

STILL NOT 1/2 way! :sad2: :rolleyes2

Well I guesstimated (?word) my time of walking in the parks to be at least 100 min x 3 days for a total of 300 min. We were at the parks at opening time or just after till midnight some nights!!! That puts me at 780/1000 :Pinkbounc !! Yeah made over half way last week :cheer2:

Now off to the gym for me, because even with all that walking I put on 2.4lbs The food was awesome :confused3 .....back on track with the diet too!! :goodvibes
 
Okay back from the gym, did 40 weight (strength) training and 20 min on stairclimber :cool1: I'm poooped (can we say that?). Keep on movin!! :flower: 840/1000!! :wizard:
 
KimRaye, you are SO close!!! Do 4 minutes of jumping jacks or something - I'm sure you're dying to be LIME!!!!

tinknutt, good job estimating your walking time at Disney, that counts too!!

Today I faced reality that it is 2 months until we're "cruising" and I want to lose at least 10 pounds. This challenge has really helped me so far, but it is now CRUNCH time ................I am happy to report "not too much" hand to mouth exercise today, kept within my WW point range and first day of trying to be "sugar detoxed", too :rotfl:

60 minutes treadmilling this morning
30 minutes noontime walk

1014/1500

well tonight i walked with my neighbor and practiced ballet adding 30 more mins for today -- 715/1500
 
I can't do the daily update but I would like to post my current total of 300/500. I'm not sure if I'll make the goal but I will sure try!
 
did a couple FitTV shows this morning adding 45 mins -- 760/1500

i'm over 1/2 way now!!!!
 
Well, I am doing a bit better than I thought. I am at 590/1000. Not likely that I'll make it to 1000 in the next 10 days, but I'll definitely try.
