On Friday after work, I did 10 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of weights and 25 minutes run/jog intervals on the treadmill.
Saturday - NOTHING!!!
Sunday - Hiking up north. We went for 1 hour and 20 minutes, but I am going to count 1 hour because there were a couple times we had to stop so my DS9 could look at a bug or my DD6 could look at a flower...
That brings me to 790/1100!!!

thanks, I must say I have happily surprised myself, exercised much more than I expected I would on my days off, be interested to see what my total for the month ends up being.
