September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!

Yesterday was busy, I just got in 10 minutes of walking. I snuck in a 30 minute morning walk and I still plan to go to the gym (but will report that AFTER I do it :) )

I am going camping this weekend (and exercise will NOT be a priority!) so I will catch up with everyone's totals on Monday (maybe Sunday if I have a spare minute). Let's keep it going, the end of the month will be here before we know it!! :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:
 
As of 09/15 I'm at 445/1000. You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! :cheer2: I'll try and catch up this weekend. :moped:
 
Looks like everyone is doing well. Amy, I got in 20 minutes of cardio today for a total of 400. 400/1000 - thank you!
 

I made it to Curves 4 times last week. So my new total is 330/500. I might just make this goal!!

I am now at 210/1000 - still a long way to go. I did 60 min of walking just now and hope to convince DH to do another 60 minutes after dinner!
 
only a 3 mile walk today adding 45 mins bringing me to 625/1500
 
45 minute walk and 40 minute bike ride and 5 minutes stretching today. 90 more added gets me to

924/1500
 
I've been under the weather this week, but I still managed!!

Sunday the 11th to Sat. the 17th=323

A short walk today before DD's soccer game, brings my total to 635/1200

270 minutes this week! Yay! That puts me at 645/800. I think I can make it!
Just a question. I leave for Disney on Thursday and will be there over the weekend. Do you count any excercise for those days or do we just skip them? If you do count those days, how do you do it? I thought about counting thirty minutes a day because on average that is what I am doing and I know I'll do at least that in the parks.

I'm starting late in the month and am currently sick as a dog lol but I'll give myself a realistic goal of 270 minutes for this month (30 min/ 3 times next week and 60 min/ 3 times the week after)
