Haven't checkin in awhile, so here's what I've done since then:

20 minutes elliptical
180 minutes walking

I've had a good exercise week. So good, in fact, that I dropped 5 and a half minutes off my 3 mile time! I'm so excitied. I'm officially under the pace required for the Everest Expedition! YAY!!

Yesterday I did 45mins on the treadmill & 60 mins (4 miles) in home walking.
