September Exercise Challenge...Summer's over!

hiya everyone, A little late getting started with my times because of being at the shore for the first week of September. ( next week going to WDW so another week of absenteeism LOL ). I will try for 1000 minutes this month. I haven't been able to reach my goal in the last few months due to an old foot injury. So with all the walking to and from the beach and the boards most nights i'll go with for a week's total

Updating now...finally!!! Crazy weekend here as I had a Garage Sale. No exercise I'm counting, but lots of lifting & moving.

Everyone is doing AWESOME!!!! I have a LOT of catching up to do to meet my 1500!

Well, I dug out the stroller (dog stroller, that is) and took my babies for a walk. they were really excited when I asked if they wanted to go 'strollee walkin'" Amazing as I haven't had it out since early November!

But, walked to the Post Office to buy stamps from the machine....they were VERY quiet or we would have gotten kicked out! Then to my DSils for a potty break for all, then back home. All in all 59 minutes of walking, not including the breaks. Lots of uphill pushing!!
 
I got in 30 minutes today....30/500 :)
 

Another 126 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 232/950.
 
Hey I’m brand new here and a little lost. I think we are talking exercise minutes, if so count me in. Since I am starting so late and have like no time I will start slow. I am going to start with 500.

I came down with a nasty case of food poisoning 10 days ago and I'm still not 100% back to normal. So, I wasn't able to exercise most of last week. Still, I am hoping to finish out the month at my recent level of one hour of exercise, on average, per day. I'll just have to do extra for the rest of the month!

An hour a day makes my goal 1800 for September. Currently, I'm at 105/1800 for the month; 13392/18000 for the year.

I did another 30 minutes this morning. Planning to get in a long walk with DH this evening too but for right now I'm at 60/500

Got in another 30 minutes aerobics today and hopefully will get that walk in with DH tonight. Total for now....90/500

Well, I need to get in the habit of more excercise and I think that this will help (along with the fact that my kids have to keep track of their stretching and all for gym class)! So, since I am starting almost half way through the month, I am looking at 500 minutes. It's my goal to check in weekly -- the more I type here keeps me from everything else!
