I know I am a few days behind but I would like to join in. It is time for me to get back into my exercise routine. After dealing with an injury and a busy schedule I need to start making ME & exercise a priority.
Please put me in for 750 minutes.

It was touch and go for quite a few minutes until all parts of my body decided to cooperate and get in the groove.
