September Exercise Challenge...Summer's over!

I know I am a few days behind but I would like to join in. It is time for me to get back into my exercise routine. After dealing with an injury and a busy schedule I need to start making ME & exercise a priority.

Please put me in for 750 minutes.

Did 30 mins WATP this evening.
 
I put in another 60 min today bringing my grand total to 300/1200
 
Gym yesterday
Did bike, weights upper body for 80 minutes

Gym today
Bike, weights lower body for 60 minutes

340/1200
 

Gpt 106 minutes the last few days, so I'm at 106/950.

ok, this is my first time doing this, so I'm gonna start with 1000 and see how that goes. I've already done 120 min. in the past 3 days so...

I had to argue with myself on the treadmill this morning to get my time in. :lmao: It was touch and go for quite a few minutes until all parts of my body decided to cooperate and get in the groove. :yay:

I got in 120 today walking at the outdoor mall. but I also ate at the Cheesecake Factory which pretty much cancelled out any exercise done today. xD

so my total is 240/1000.
 
Can I join late? I'm desperately trying to get back on track and it has not been easy. These threads used to motivate me so I'm keepng my fingers crossed that they will again! I would like to shoot for 1200 and am currently at 210/1200!

I know I'm late getting started but I'd really like to join in for this. Is it possible for me to join all of you even though I'm starting this late? If so, I'd like to put in for 500 minutes this month. It's not much but it's a start and better than what I've been doing all summer.
 
Wow, these numbers seem really high. If I do 30 minutes every day, its 900 minutes for the month of September ~ is this how you guys are doing this? If so, put me down for 630 to start tomorrow. Between this and not eating any of my Nutrisystem food, I should be wittling away...
