Deck 3 Center if my research is correct.

What did I just see my ticker say? 1 month and 3 weeks!!!!!!

Well folks, I just received an email from DU agent telling me that DCL has switched my room due to "maintenance". After calling DCL a few minutes ago, I find out that they are replacing/ upgrading carpet and this is still a "work in progress situation" (I'm not the only victim). Why couldn't they do that on the previous cruise?:confused3 Oh well, the thing that gets me so aggravated is that I spent so much time researching on what deck, and what part of the ship to reserve, WAY in advance and they move me from the aft to the forward part of the ship. Well I emailed Michele at DU to try to get this rectified so we will see. According to DCL the cruise is near capacity and she suspects that it will be a full cruise,.... well, with the exception of the rooms getting carpet, that is. Has anyone else had their stateroom changed? Will they upgrade me to a different category if it is in the same area of the ship? Maybe a higher deck?
I came across this thread in the main DCL forum. The same thing happened to them and what is really weird about it is that they are ON OUR CRUISE! http://www.disboards.com/threads/noooooooooooo-8188-to-9172.3527042/

Correct, Deck 3 off the main lobby. Wow, only 50 days from today!

I found some current information regarding the schedule of shows on the 4 night Dream cruise from a post in the main DCL forum...

We had Golden Mickeys first night, Villains on 2nd night, a magician on Pirate Night which was the third night, and Believe on the last night. The magician was Mike Super (which was neat, because I remember seeing his audition on America's Got Talent and he did the same trick). Movies were The BFG, Finding Dory, Alice Through the Looking Glass, The Jungle Book, Zootopia, and Captain America

Great lineup! 3-4 movies we want to see, and maybe Zootopia again!

That sounds great!! Any insight on any of the shows? Has anyone seen them? Do you recommend some over others?

We purposefully haven't seen any of them since we've been planning on the cruise for a year. We'll see all of them on the cruise. What a great bunch of movies to see!

That's a great question. There is allot of differences of opinion regarding the shows. We have seen them all except Villains. We liked them all. We're going to make it a point to see Villains this trip.

:scratchin I am beginning to think that 4 nights will not be enough to take in everything we would like to!! oh well, at least its not a 3-night. I guess 4 is good to get everyone's "feet wet".

Of the 3 shows, I like Believe the best. Sometimes I skip Villians, but I intend to see it this time, and The Golden Mickeys has classic songs.

You are absolutely correct, 4 nights is not enough. We just booked a 7 day Eastern cruise in September 2017

Wish we could do a transatlantic like Bobbi

How practical is it to rebook while on your cruise. Is there a substantial savings?
Also what is everyone's thoughts on the picture packages? The professional photos look SO much better than those taken with people's cameras. Thinking of prepaying to save some $$

1) 10% rate reduction while booking on board
2) $100 - $200 per stateroom credit toward on board purchase (drinks, upscale restaurants, etc) when booking on board
3) there is allot of discussion regarding the photo package, pros and cons. We don't do the package but many do. We go to photo stations every time we see them and buy the ones we like.
