Eva....Congrats on the 5 weeks smoke free. WAY TO GO!!!

I've had some hot stone massages done in the past and they are GREAT I do have to say that even the basic couples massage that DH and I had on the ship....was great.

Thanks for all the congrats! I'm finally at the point that I know I won't have another cigarette and it doesn't really bother me.

OK another DVC moment. DH just asked me what the price is for a 100 point add on at AKL! I can't believe it, but I think we are going to do it before the points go up in June!

Woke up to about an inch of wet sticky SNOW this morning - yikes! Just wanted to share - all the more reason to continue cruise dreaming ... and hot stone massage ... sunshine ... and drink of the day!

I'm way too excited to hold this in. DH just got off the phone with our DVC guide. And he bought me 150 AKV points!!!

All I had to do was to promise that we would go to Ireland through Disney Adventures next year. Wow, what a hardship!

Congratulations Eva. How much are AKV points right now?

Wendy, they are $101 a point. But they have a special right now for DVC members. If you buy at least 100 points, they will discount $8 a point. So we paid $93 a point. Never thought I would spend that much on points. Our first contract at OKW only cost $61 a point. But now that we have grand children, we have decided that we will need more points to take the whole family down to WDW every couple of years. I'm so looking forward to the grand villa at AKV on our trip in 2009.

I printed out the tshirt design for the cruise, put it in a magnet frame like ones I use for door signs, and put it on my refrig. Now I can look at it everyday, dreaming it was time to cruise <G>

the next 5 plus months WOW but lots of time of dreaming of things to do, meeting you guys, relaxing beside the pool or on deck 4, etc... and wishing time would pass quicker <G>

Today was a very warm 101! A cold front is headed our way for a few days... down to the 90's

Hey everyone...I have a favor to ask of you My youngest DD had an ongoing project this year that for one reason or another has flopped for her. Her class did "travel buddies" where each student sends a travel buddy off with someone that's traveling. The person who takes the buddy is "suppose" to send her a postcard from where ever in the world they are. Then there suppose to hand travel buddy off to someone they meet on their journey who in turn is suppose to do the same thing (send postcard back to my DD then hand buddie off again). Anyways long story short...we sent her travel buddy off with a friend quite a while back...but as of now she still has not recieved a thing. So....I'm wondering if any of you would be intrested in "pretending" travel buddy is visiting with you and send my dd a postcard from where ever in the world you are

If your intrested just send me a PM and I'll give you the address in which to mail it.

Ok gang. I believe I have mentioned I printed out the design for the tshirts or whatever want to use it for, and put it in a magnetic frame, and its on my refrig.

So each day/night I sit here looking at that dreaming of the day we finally sail. Little over 5 months and my excitement continues growing.

I have to slow down on making door signs though or my entire door inside and out will be covered <G>

I am so ready for the cruise and so wish we were leaving next week <G>
