*cross fingers*We'll be debutting in WDW on vacation in September! Three whole weeks of pure magic! Probably from 09/05 to 09/25. Right now I am at the palnning phase, getting the idea of co$t$ and travel agencies here in Brazil.i am meanwhile searching for great tips and advice and sooo... in disboars I really hit bull's-eye!

9/1 to 9/8 at Pop for my two daughters, my mother and myself. It will be the first time at Pop for all of us, first time at wdw for my mom. Took fd, have all my adrs...and have already changed the res. twice.

The last time I changed, was to add a night. Originally we thought we would fly out later on the 1st and it would put us in for check in on the 2nd. Now we get in on the 1st. Works out well for adding more dinning credits, but I got talked into adding another days ticket. Kinda frustrates me...we get in so late...I am not sure we will get much use of the extra day. When I tried telling the cm that he assured me that we would have another 6 hours in the park. When I look at the hours for the parks that day...they all close by 9 if not sooner...so at best I think we may have an hour before the park closes. Oh well.... I guess that flexibility might be worth it if for no other reason that to opt to go for fireworks.

I am not sure how we are going to get through the summer... I normally decide we can go and book it less than 45 days out. It was nice to be able to put a deposit down and go from there though. Still...the wait is going to kill me.

hoping this is the place to ask...and I know it is a bit way, but in September do you pack a jacket? We always go in the spring and while it can get warm if not hot...there are always times that we need a jacket. I am was thinking about getting a new jacket for the trip, but then thought I might not need it. I know lows get down to 70 at night...so will that feel cool after a hot day and I will want a jacket? Where I live 70 is pretty warm...

Not sure you will need a jacket for staying warn, but you may need it for staying dry. If it rains in the evening it can feel cool, and if you go into the air-conditioning for dinner you will be cold. 2 yrs ago as we were headed for dinner and got caught in a down pour and froze all thru dinner.

Thanks, that is a good point. A jacket, with a hood, that doesn't wick up water...perfect. I know dd has a little rain jacket that is perfect.

I think it's only May.....
It's just around the corner, this waiting is really hard isn't it. I'm now thinking a spring vacation would have been a good idea. I really need it now. We have plans to go up north (northern ontario) but it doesn't have that Disney magic

Ugh.....you are correct.....it is MAY!! Maybe the summer will quickly fly by.

But, I bet it is beautiful up there!!!! I am going to NYC for a long weekend at the end of the month, the Great Smokey Mountains in July and Edisto Beach, SC in August...........but, I want Disney!

I saw that you said you are going to the Great Smokey Mountains in July...my girls and I are going with my BFF and her 2 kids to Gatlinburg Tennessee 7/2-7/9. Where and when are you going....wouldn't it be funny if we bumped into another DISer and NOT be in Disney . Have a fun summer.

September is starting to look not so far away on my calendar
I'm still running after the passaport and USA visa... DBF is all ok with his visa!
Yesterday I finally got my appointment for July 18. And it seems I won't have problems with my paper work. I am a veterinarian federal officer here in Brazil, No hidden agenda on the States (only if you considering looking for hidden Mickeys a hidden agenda )
And so now I can think about calling my TA and close a good deal for our 20 days in WDW!
Should I buy more than a 10 days WDW pass hopper? Or a ten days in WDW and another pass at the Universal should suffice?
And - ouch- we need to decide 'where to stay' so many doubts on our planning...so September will came rushing in!
