September 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

Looking for dinner on the 13th of September for 5 people,
On a side note, jeez dining in september no easy task

I made all my adr's early on. Has it really been that bad? Wow! I hope I don't need to tweak anything at the last minute! Last year I was able to make several changes as the trip got closer. Does that mean its worse this year?

It does seem a bit more difficult for ADR's this year. We went two years ago and had no trouble. We've been able to get what we wanted but had to be flexible and go for lunch to some of the more popular places. I am just wondering if that means the crowd level will be higher. A couple of years ago it was still low and was a great time to be there. We'll have fun no matter what but I have been curious about that.

To stay on topic, I am still looking for Chef Mickey's on the 20th for dinner (no later than 7:00) to celebrate our daughter's first b-day. We currently have it on the 22nd and will trade if interested.

We made ADRs a little after the 180 mark and did basically well but a couple of weeks ago my friends decided to book and getting them ADRs has been no easy task...just one week later everything was even worse. I hope this doesn't mean WDW will be packed...I am assuming that there are still tons of ressies out there for dinner just at places us disers could care less about. I did have a CM tell me that. She said they will find you ressies, they are just whereever... BUT I will keep calling for my friend to try and as you said "tweak" but it seems hopeless.

Also, as a PP said....I feel so sorry for those "regular" people who are clueless about ADRs....
And lastly....I really wish people would cancel ADRs who have too many or who are not using them anymore. I understand holding off until plans are finalized but then they need to just do it...
OR TRADE OR POST THEM HERE!
But what a waste to have them just sit there for nothing.....and then no one uses them.

I have lunch at Coral Reef for 5 people on September 16th (day of the Halloween party at MK) I believe it is at 12:40 either that or 12:20 I made the reservation for lunch and was skipping dinner then someone here gave us their LeCellier at 4 so we decided to do early dinner before the party .. we thought about keepinig both but decided lunch at 12:40 and dinner at 4:00 was a little crazy... so anyone want lunch at Coral Reef?

Hey Everyone!

I'm still looking for...

Le Cellier on 9/26 anytime after 5 and before 8 p.m, party of 2 but can do 3 or 4, as we have family there that would like to do dinner with us. It's in celebration of our honeymoon

I have one right now for 8:50 p.m. (it's the only one I could get) and it's too late for my fiance and I. Really it's too late for him, he's like a little kid and needs to eat early..haha!

If anyone has a ADR for that night at an earlier time and is either going to cancel or would like to switch to a later time PLEASE let me know!

I REALLY want Coral Reef but we already have a dinner at Boma that night and I don't want to cancel, especially since we are staying at AKL.

You are REALLY lucky to get Le Cellier though ....they almost laugh at me every time I call to see if there is availability!

I have been trying for LTT on the 14th for 3 weeks as well!

Do you think it is due to the fact that when you make your package ressies the CM's have been a lot more consistent in warning you about the importance of making ADR's - ( I know, I have changed my packages 6 times ) or maybe they are not booking as many tables, so that there is room for walk-up's (not so many mad guests)

OR

It is going to be PACKED!!
