You know what a fish is in regards to the ship, right (the place that you get notes from Guest Services, invites to the Castaway Club reception, etc.) next to your door? An extender is something to hang down from the fish to give you more room for gifts, notes, etc. This was popularized by EpcotKilterFan Debbie on the May Repo and lead to an Ebay frenzie on the Eastbound Repo (right Renee? ). I don't have a picture handy, but I'm sure someone does. Very cute with pics of Mickey and I guess others with Pooh.

Hi Everyone, especially all our friends from the Westbound Panama Canal Cruise and all our new freinds we have yet to meet,

Harry in Michigan (who really is in Michigan right now or I might not have time to post ) and I will be joining you on the 11 day cruise and we are really excited about it!

We will be in room 5134 (yes! we have a navigator's veranda ). We'll probably fly down a day early and will stay a few days at WDW after the cruise.

I've book marked all the excursion and port info that's been posted and will be checking it out with Harry when he flies back here to Seattle later this month.

It's really great to see so many from the westbound Panama cruise here. I hope more will join us as time goes on. I'm just sorry that no one else from Table 1 and 2 appears to be going this time. Come on, Kelli and Keith! How about it Carol and Don? Barbara? Margaret?

Those who know me know that I'm not a prolific poster, but I'll try to throw in my 2 cents now and then. We've got a long time to keep this conversation going.

Was Real Neat To Come home to each day there would be a little sometning from other Disers in the pockets, gift were spread out over the cruise ..
like pirate night people delivered pirate related gifts and So on..

Oh, what an Ebay frenzie we had! It was a lot of fun to find them, though and it will be even more fun to walk around the ship and find them, too. I have 1 yellow and 2 blue Mickey ones and a pink Winnie The Pooh and Tigger one (I think, I bid so many times, I don't remember what I got). I figured I'd be covered with the extras in case mine disappears from the fish on this trip, but now that Tracy has offered the Fish Extender Club, I won't have that problem, right Tracy?

I "almost" forgot them! We were shopping at The Fish Extender Club store for something else and walked right by The Club! I stopped in my tracks and snatched up a hundred of them (I'm only bringing about half)

They were purchased at a craft type store I believe. Their purpose is a decoration/wall hanging. Each Mickey face is a pocket which fits something the size of a CD.

Hello to everyone! There are some people here I know from the May cruise....and some people's names I have heard of- but have not met yet. (Tracey)

Anyways....

Hello, we will be joining you all on the cruise in September- unless there are great problems with school for my son (will be in second grade then) or myself (grad school).

This will be our 5th disney cruise! We are really excited and are already planning our "gift" I would offer to make some kind of fish extender- but I don't want to make those kinds of offers until I can tell you that we will be there without any doubts.


We are booked into room 6624.

Yeah Celeste! Glad you guys are joining us. Don't worry about school. Jamie's teachers were always great. It's Jamie now saying "Mom, I can't go cuz I can't miss school." So, you are probably good until about 7th grade.

In 6th grade we took her on the 14 PC cross on Royal Carribean. Her teacher at the time said she could learn alot more going through the PC than she ever would in a classroom! We just did homework and a Powerpoint presentation when she returned about the building of the canal!

Yes, they were purchased. An EBAY FRENZY? really?? Wow- never heard about that one. If I knew where to buy them, I would purchase them....but I have not seen them.

I was planning on making something that would serve the same purpose- but not as large or professionally done. Just something cute, which would serve the same thing. If anyone knows where you can buy them, please PM me and I will look into purchasing them for this cruise as my gift. They were really nice to have. Mine sits on the door of my linen closet- it sits empty but it is something for my family to look at and remember daily. I keep on hoping it will magically fill itself- as it did on the cruise. The other "gift" I was considering was water bottles.....now I don't know what to do?

I have been thinking about you! I am tempted to come to SLC, but my parents are coming in two weeks and then most of my family will be meeting me in WDW in October- so I don't think I will be coming out this year.

I had thought about offering a class presentation or bulletin board. I'll see how well our October trip is received this year.

That's my dining room and it was a mess! Actually, when I'm working, I am a neat freak. Unfortunately that has gotten me extra work at times (the boss looks around at who doesn't have work and assumes that my neat little pile means I have nothing to do )
