I heard about it. Not much was said about it and a lawsuit is pending. I did hear the CM is gone.

As someone who works as a sexual assault examiner- just remember there are many different definations of sexual assault(SA). SA does not always equal rape.

I once had a nightmare that I got called to do a rape case, while on the cruise..... :guilty:

I'm not sure which is worse- doing CPR (my intensive unit job) or a kit (the "other" job).....both means someone else is not doing well.

I noticed on the 2005 lists on those web sites that there weren't any of the deaths from the May cruise listed....I know there were atleast 2.

One on CC and another one on the ship- both natural causes. I wasn't around for either, but I know there were some of our fellow cruisers who were there for the CC one. I think Leslie's husband did CPR twice on the May cruise....right DPD?

Maybe because they were natural causes they don't report it in the same way :confused3

I want to make one of those big gate entrances and have a sign that says " Hughes Land and Malamute Co." Might even look into getting a brand.
Scott, you wouldn't really brand the pups, now would you? :lmao: (In case your wondering, I'm joking here folks).

I thought I saw some of those listed on the link that Elaine posted- the one that really went into depth.

Who knows.

All I can say it, atleast they went while they were having fun, with their families, and not in a hospital. It makes me sad that so many people die in the hospital without anybody but their nurse at their side.....let's get off this topic.

If that would have been my child, there would not have been enough body parts (crew member's) left to prosecute :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: YOU DON'T MESS WITH CHILDERN!

I don't consider it a rant. I totally agree with you. It's bad enough when it happens, but to have it happen on what for some is a once in a lifetime vacation? Why do you think child molester's are some of the most hated criminals in our prisons?

I copied that handy post and emailed it to myself so that I could find it later!

Here it is again!

WOHOW Just got the list of movies that are likely to be on the boat (may change at short notice)

*Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
*Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
*Poohs Heffalump Movie
*Shaggy Dog
*The Wild
*Stick It
*Step Up
*Invincible (Premieres 8/25/06)

(It's also on Page 1 :) )

Good morning. Well right now since there's no bulletin to look at since it's not done yet, I guess it's the grass. :lmao:

At least I have the boards to take some of the boredom out of my day. That and I can stare at my filing cabinet that is slowly getting covered in Disney magnets and daydream. :lmao: Plus I have all our past trip pics on my computer and I can look at those too.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. Hope that all are having a great day. So much to do, so little time. Mike

Sorry for being tardy with H-B'day wishes... better late then never I always say... (I've been sidelined with things locally here so I've been lurking a lot less then usual - even for being on vacation - however it's about 5AM here - far earlier than usual for me and I've got some time while I run 4 windows and catch up on everything!).

Once again - PaPa... Happy Burthdhay!!!!!!

Jason and I want to go see that sometime. I'm glad it went nationwide b/c we probably would have had to drive at least 2 hours to see it if it hadn't. Can't wait to see it, maybe we'll go Friday night. :sunny:

Just to add on to this thread.

My DH, Rick and I (Heather) will be joining you all for the 11 night cruise, all the way from the UK.

We look forward to meeting some of you, at one or two of the events.

We can't wait. Less than a month to go...hooray.

Heather

Welcome aboard to our merry band of pirates and and otherwise spirited souls!

And may I be among the first to extend an invitation to consider joining the Mickey ICE CREAM Bar SPEED Eating Challenge?!?!! Enter Rick and/or yourself as the photo opportuity alone is potentially priceless! AND... we have Bubba Mug Trophies up for grabs to the top finishers in each age group! AND... Personalized Award Certificates for just abunt everyone who pre-registers (no fee to enter - just playful courage and a a tolerance for Mickey Ice Cream Bars)! Oh yeah... last year I ran this same "race" on our DCL sailing and I got the Captain of the Magic to sign our award certificates! I expect to do the same this time around! And I do not mean Captain CRASH signing... the real captain of the Wonder (with a little luck!).

Wanna join this bit of harmless fun? If so - please PM me as i may miss your acceptance here on the thread as so many postings go up - and I'm traveling currently and have been unable to keep up with my usually limited time on line.

Once again welcome aboard!!!!!

My younger daughter is a huge Pooh fan as well...

... I stumbled across this gif gem and to my surprise it had a moving effect in it! That is a bit unusual for me to come across. Glad to hear you cracked a smile over it! TTFN!

And just because you liked it... here's an encore presentation (drum roll - please)....
