That rotation would put you in Tritons on formal Night !!

As to what you are, you will not know until you see your, Key to the world Card.
It will have on there ! You could Call Dcl and Request this rotation, they will say they will try !
If you dont get it, try to change when you are onboard.. :teeth: Concierge Level, folks can Select Rotations !

Hey T, do I have this Right ? Anyone ? :confused3 :grouphug:

You have it right! right and more right Peter.

Peter was this something different than the Scrap Booking thingie??? Grab Bag that is.

Hot here today no A/C and no pool.

We've done gift exchanges on the "other" cruiseline. Whoever wants to participate brings something to exchange...either cruise related, or something specific to their hometown. It's usually a lot of fun to guess who brought which item (we wrap them but don't put names on them).

Thanks for the info Hygiene. So is Triton's the place to be on formal night? Does this rotation put you in Triton's on both formal nights? I've heard a lot about the dining room where the walls change colors. Is Triton's better than that one?

Ooh, we wish we were. If you have time, check out Green Room Restaurant in Deep Ellum. One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in.

Ok, APT puts you in Tritons and Animators on Formal Nights. One other rotation puts you in Tritons on formal night, but Parrot Cay on the other. Can anyone guess which one that is (ok I'm just too lazy to figure more than one out right now :lmao: )

As for gift exchange/grab bag, on the Eastbound PC cruise we had Secret Mickeys (like Secret Santas). We brought about 5 little gifts and gave them to our SM receipient and revealed ourself on the last day at sea.

Mine was a lot of fun. I had a tropical drink delivered to her in the pool. The CM got the wrong person :p and they freaked out! Immediately left the pool area because someone was "watching" them :rotfl: :rotfl: They got the drink to the right person next. She was leery to take it but everyone around her convinced her it was probably from her SM. Lots of fun!! We gave the person organizing it (actually two of them so they could both participate too and not know who had who) ideas of things we like (Mickey, tropical stuff, wine, etc.) and they gave that to the SM.

Captaincrash, won't work. We are doing the 7 night Magic just before this cruise and there is no way he would wear the grass skirt on a cruise without others doing it too. So bottom line is he'll have other clothes with him.

Hey T, do I have this Right ? Anyone ? :confused3 :grouphug:

Well, I am not so fortunate to be able to get concierge class on this cruise, so I wouldn't know about that.... :sad2: Hey, I'm just happy getting on the ship. But, I have been there and done that - it was niiiicce.... :smokin:

I regress. This is my first Disney cruise as well. The letters in the rotation stand for a specific restaurant - A - Animators, P - Parrot Cay, T - Triton's. And, when you are on the ship you will rotate between the restaurants (I know, everyone knows this, right?) When I called Disney to find out more about the rotations that is when I was advised of the timeframes. They said that yes you can request the rotation you would like, but it is not guaranteed. And, you will find out what rotation you have when you get on the ship! pixiedust:

Also, don't forget that you can link up your dining reservation with other DIS members:

Early Dining Linked Reservations = BethE ...
Late Dining Linked Reservations = Dopeylover54

Scott... remember on the Christmas cruise we did an ornament exchange... kinda the same thing. I don't know what you'd do for a September cruise general grabbag though. Back to school supplies??:confused3 :rotfl2:

Before you can sign up, someone needs to volunteer to set it up...

Any takers??????

Evening everyone - almost Friday and I can go home! Although I must say I do enjoy my visits to Toronto.

Bad Gail - been through two more books that won't be reading material in September - I purchased Digital Fortress at the airport before I left Sunday, finished that and decided I needed to finish out the Dan Brown series so I am almost halfway through Deception Point and I better stop or I will run out of book before get off the plane tomorrow in Grand Rapids!

I like the secret "cruiser" idea - sounds like fun. I never have much luck at that grab bag thing. If the group is interested I would be willing to work on it with someone.

Scott - DH has a grass skirt so there is another member for your frat group.

Ok for those of us who have a cable modem, internet service .
and also Pay for AOL on top of it ..

IT is now Free !!!! FREE AOL

We had Been paying AOL $14.95 About 7 months ago, I heard they would reduce this, if you called them and said you wanted to cancel.
So I did, Price reduced to $7.95
This is the BYOA plan with 5 hours of dial up.
Now Free :)

Yeah... we're trying (gambling with) a guaranteed cat 12 for the 1st time though we've sailed in the largest cabin (ph) on some cruises... and we figure we'll be OK with the 4 in our party.... so we sympathisize with just being happy to join the voyage in any cabin (almost). In truth... we think we'd be happy or tolerant of nearly any cabin on this voyage!

And on dining rotations... we contacted BethE and assumed that we'd mostly be on the same dining rotation with the other early dinner DIS folks. Is that right?

Secret cruiser = Secret Mickey = Secret Santa.

I did get a response for a co-conspirator ( :thumbsup2 Vickie) so once we get the details ironed out we will post. Tracy - we will also get you something for the newsletter as soon as possible.

OK - have a good day everyone - it's FRIDAY! :cool1: :cool1:
