If we were closer to WDW the gift of a weekend would be nice, and doable, it is just the airfare to get there from here is ridicules. I had to make arrangements to get to Dallas in August, the RT air was $852.70 from Jackson. WOW.

I enjoy a fine wine beverage from time to time and this Rosa Regale interests me. I tend to just get what's on sale to go with my meat or fish. Can you get the Rosa Regale "up north", say in Maryland? Is it just a Costco product? Would any fine wine store have it? Just got to give it a try before the cruise, 59 days is too long to wait. I'm thirsty!

Good weekend all! Hope everyone is doing well - we are getting closer and closer. Eight weeks from today and we will be in Florida! But, today I am getting ready for a work week in Toronto - not quite the same but it is a beautiful city and I am staying right downtown so hopefully I will get to wonder about a little.

We still have not decided what to do in Barbados but thought I would share what I got back regarding the Snorkeling with the Sea Turtles (aka Silver Moon) people - copied from their email sent to me yesterday:

Captaincrash - I thought you were up awfully early. Sorry to hear the little one is not sleeping well. I remember those nights......but they are pretty far back since my baby is 17. I hope that whatever is causing the sleeplessness goes away soon. for a good day and a good nights rest for all tonight!

To the Keeper of the Pirate Names,

It has come to my attention that my better half recently posted our pirate names, which now appear on the official roster. I don't like my name. It's icky.

So back to the pirate name generator I went and I've drawn the name "Lady Antonia Applejax" for myself (better than "Parrot-Got-Me-Eye Xena"...which sounds painful, and is probably too long to write on the back of a seapass card).

PS, If you're feeling particularly generous you can also change Jimbo's pirate name to "Black Jack Cuddleshark"...though his current name, Retarded Palgrave Barbossa, seems to suit him.


More rain on the way here in Southern Connecticut, going to try to get to the grocery store before the skies open up.

Sorry to hear the little one isn't sleeping...I remember those days. Our middle one didn't sleep all night until he was 18 months old. He is now 25..yippee and sleeps all day with no problem, lol (although he does work all night..lol). Enjoy them while they are young!!!

Watched the grandpuppies the last two nights so I'm working on only a few hours sleep. Bob.. do Beagles ever sleep??? Took them for about a 40 min walk this AM.... now I'm ready to sleep.... But those dogs just keep going like the energizer bunny.........

Kay, the university Costco definately has rosa regale..was just there..16.99 per bottle.
