I really would love to use your phrase "The only difference between an adventure and an ordeal is attitude" - I love it!! That is definitely my motto. I love to travel and I am let's say... quite "go with the flow" and "let's see where this takes us" while my husband is not. So, I have to use this on him - again, and again probably.

Does anyone know of a good kennel around Port or in Orlando? We are getting a maltese this weekend if all goes well and I want to use a reputable place, not a place where they just stick them in a cage for a week. Any suggestions? I think i'm looking for a doggie resort kind of.

Since she is a dog owner (to the cutest little baby) I imagine she could make a recommendation and if she doesn't know I will also bet that she will find out for you. When I grow up I want to be just like Shirley - she is the BEST!

Thx for info on kennels. I still don't know if we are going to get one yet but we are going to look. We are FINALLY home in alabama! Hot water heater's leaking again, DVR box just bit the dust, and brakes are going out on our pickup. Why did we come home again? Ice cold showers are no fun Thank goodness the a/c units are new or this might put a damper on our week. Hope everyone has a great day, we are getting closer to time!!!

Elaine, Hailey loves everything Nemo related, she will be in awe of your tattoo and probably want one too- I'll have to say no for now since she only 2 and a half. The ear piercing was traumatic enough for now

We will be joining the PJ breakfast as well, as long as the little one is up and about..... Now which PJ's to wear.....

That's okay. I should be a good cruiser and make sure to read everything and research first Sorry, I have been lurking. I just started reading the past Newsletters that Tony sent me and I found some great info. in there! You guys seem like family... so much going on. It's great. I am still looking through them and finding out about the Excursions and the special events, etc.

This is my first Disney Cruise. We have been on several cruises, but it sounds like we have the best to look forward to...

Something special??? You MEAN we actually will recieve SOMETHING of benefit from dressing up in a grass skirt ??? ...... So we can be digitally photographed and potentially wallpapered all over the DIS in the grass skirt???? Oh... oops... what am I saying.... I've already posted myself in a grass skirt & blazer with my DD. Plus I've already been vicariously stripped near naked to JUST THE GRASS SKIRT in a spoofed image!??! Oh well... whats another couple a dozen semi-de-humanizing images to add to the 100s I've already posted ... including a few with my ears being stretched out by my viscious "husband-izer" spouse to resemble Mickey?

Can anyone identfy what my abusive spouse is wearin' on her wrists? Whom-ever guesses correctly wins a free Mickey Ice cream bar with sprinkles at the ice cream challenge. Yeah - it doesn't sound like much - and that's cuz it's not that tough a question. EXCEPT - I'm looking for specific answers.

Puppy shopping - I am so jealous. My last greyhound is gone and I want another something - just don't know what. Mugsy (chihuahua) needs something to boss around - size is no object!

Here's our little 110 pound Samoyed! We found him through Samoyed Rescue and - he is the sweatest companion you could possibly hope for. Cuurently he is serving community service time with my sister - as her dog recently passed away - and our Sammy stole a bunch of freshly baked cookies so my spouse sentenced him to community service duty with my Sis. Since then my sister has been cooking lean chicken, steaks and beef ribs for him. Plus she's been tortureing him with Sieera Club canine hikes and beach visits. Life is tough when you're "serving time", eh?

...and I believe that's a bucket of Thai Curry the critter just cleaned up there in his paws!​

Jon has offically been convinced about the GSF, and is on the phone now calling our friend to see if Matt will participate too.... have to find a flattering skirt now Sounds like a shopping excursion...
