I think i have all the genders of the kids figured out except Marylovesdisney... does anyone know if she has girls/boys?

what are y'all getting for the babies? One yr old and 7 mo old? any suggestions?

Garry, hope the horses are well after your trip! We were at the bippity boppity at Disney Village last week...wonder if she was working yet? we were there on monday. Lindsay really wanted to do it, but i just couldn't afford the $200 price tag.

we did books (Disney of course) for the babies & toddlers. Wanted to give them something the could be entertained with (especially at dinner) but that was easy to carry. Just seemed to fit the bill.

Hanna sent Lindsay an email. She was so excited to get it.

apparently, i am not very creative on the adults... any ideas besides candy? will they let me take all this candy onboard? if i check it...will it melt?

i plan to bring a couple 12pks of beer (for the room fridge)...will they give me any problem about this? will i have to carry it around all afternoon until the room is ready?

Gee...You said you aren't creative. I think a beer would be a great FE gift. I know DH would really appreciate it. Way to go!!!

The dining room table is stacking up....

went to look for a suitcase for my 8 yr old today - she wants her 'own' suitcase. gosh, i didn't realize they cost $150 bucks - and that was for a small one.

Hanna wanted one as well, must be the age. I got her a rolling carryon, with tote & toiletry bag, in purple, from Target for aroun $30-40. Didn't want to spend too much so it seemed perfect. It's already survived 1 trip so it's good. Didn't want to get her a big, checked piece as we usually only take 2 large suitcases for a 7-10 trip so there was no need. But she was happy with her puple carryon (it's adult sized and easy for her to keep track of and roll thru the airport)

I think I'm actually still a bit surprised that we are even going! But I received the underwater digital camera today - yipee!
The kids wanted to go immediately test it in the pool. So pretty much the extent of my preparation so far has been ordering things. Although I did get through telling my ex that we are going on the trip and all went well with that - so that's another step in the right direction.

I guess I better get in gear this weekend too - I leave on the 3rd for the California trip until the day before the cruise.

I think it will be so neat to meet all of you on the cruise. I'm so used to not knowing anyone when we're on vacation. (With the exception of this one family from the kids' last school that we ran into unexpectedly at WDW a few different times - crazy!)

We have the Nikon 12 MP underwater digital camera...it takes great pics...we love it!

We have been packing as we go...Most of our clothes are packed...Just have a few things left to pack...Sept 10 can't get here fast enough for us...

Hey to all FE participants. Brooke3L just booked and is wanting to participate. She knows that many have already purchased their items but for those of you who have extras. She said her last cruise only 8 participated and she has gifts to give. So far I dont think TinkRules has booked so many more might have extras. As soon as she gets her cabin I will let you know.

She is on my list!

Tiggerspal, your friend is certainly on my prayer list. My dad had pancreatic cancer. It is an extremely painful cancer.

Well, I WAS going to go shopping for jewelry ... but just found out the dogs are going into get their teeth cleaned and Hope has to have her little "bumps" removed... at the tune of over $2,000! Holy guacamole... I should have been a VET!

The Magic used to have Dueling Pianos. Too bad they're gone.

Does anyone know what the prices are on jewelry down in Tortola? My gf's birthday will be the week following the cruise and I'm hoping I'll have enough money to get her something down there.

I have a jeweler in Aruba that has recommended a place to me in St. Thomas that we will be going to. If you want I can PM the information. Not sure if it is OK to post here

I have been lurking here a little and catching up. I just got back from LA for business. My last business trip before we leave. I have started to pack some, but still trying to catch up with the laundry that DH and DD created while I was gone. I am just trying to pull out stuff when I see it and think about it, so far I have dish detergent (for DD sippy cups), Woolite, Oxy Stain Remover (again for DD), and sunscreen. Kind of an odd combination.

I am so jealous of all going on the WBTA - I will be flying back from Milan for business the day before it leaves Barcelona - actually thought about getting DH and DD to fly over and meet me and catching the boat home , but talked to my boss, and he won't approve me being out of the office for 3 consecutive weeks. You have to hate when the real world interferes with vacation.

Looking forward to meeting everyone in a few weeks. We will be leaving to drive down on 9/10 after work and stopping in Savannah. That way we won't have too far to go on Friday, and will be able to make it to Fishlips with no problems
