OK, since I'm on a doing laundry on vacation kick (can you tell I'm starting to think about packing?) here is the other packable detergent, Dropps.
I have not tried these but I have heard good things about them. They work out about .04 more a load than the Purex sheets, assuming the load only uses 1 Dropps. Still either one is cheaper than mini boxes and pack easily.

I may have to go to our local Jewel supermarket this weekend and get the Purex Complete sheets and give them a test drive in the safety of our own home. I'll try it on Sukie's clothing rather than mine, just in case anything goes wrong.
We have a front loading washing machine (have had it for about 10 years). I usually by the HE stuff.
At any rate, the only retail location I've ever seen Dropps is Loew's.
