NO FE for me either, I can't find anyone to make one, and I couldn't find one I liked on ebay... but I did find a gal who had a cute DIS CRUISE one with the logo at the top - I'm trying to bribe her - how much time before the "final" YES/NO date? Hmmm???

Peg, if you posted on a thread about paying her for one, please edit the post and send her a PM instead. Folks are not supposed to do any buying/selling on the boards.

Just called DCL - they said they couldn't do anything for me that I have to get the ta to do it....so email sent but not sure if this will get done tonight or tomorrow.

(when I worked at DCL we could do that kind of stuff to a ta res--as long as it didn't effect the price)

Nope, not a cruise group photo. Peg's assignment, when she is in NC later this week is to get a photo of Paul & Jill to post here (with their OK, of course).

This is our brother with his two daughters and three granddaughters...AND we just found out another baby is on the way! There's no pressure for it to be a boy....hehe.

I don't think we've selected an official time and meeting place. My vote ALWAYS goes to Promonade Lounge at 3PM.

It's in out of the heat, with plenty of chairs and a waiter and bar tender and air conditioning. Some groups meet by the kids or family pool or up on deck 10, but it's very hard for a group of any size to congregate, few places to sit and often difficult to hear. If we are passing out laynards and things like that, that seems to be easier to do inside too...

BIG fan of the Prom Lounge!!! Richard and I always seem to spend a CONSIDERABLE amount of time here... We'll be there at 3pm...

OK, I'm re-considering the FE thing. Looked at my pics from our 2008 Mexican Riviera cruise earlier and it made me wanna join in after all! Is there time to sign up and (more importantly) how many seem to be joining in..?

We are still sailing on the Last Call for Tortola! Booked the REAS package so I was able to get all my PALO ressie's book a few weeks ago. Got everything we wanted! Also booked a few excursions but am thinking about switching.

Considering participating in the FE exchange. Anyone want to tell me a little more about it?

Im not sure if the list is officially closed or not for sign ups.. but.. The FE * Fun Exchange or Fish Extender Exchange* is a cute fun way to add a little more excitement to all our Dis Members and Families/Friends.. There is a Letter Holder next to your stateroom door in the shape of a Fish.. That is where the words "fish extender" comes from... Most people hang something with pockets on it or a Christmas Stocking or anything and everything else creative.. Then all the participants sneak around the ship and drop little fun items into your Fish Extender and try not to get caught .. It could be anything as simple as: Tattoos, Stickers, Mini Note Pads, Keychains, Toys and More.. This not a meant to Break Your Budget.. Even Handmade items are exchanged..

PM-ing is a very inefficient and disorganized method for capturing information about anything.

I am in deep discussions to create an on-line survey to capture participation interests, and email contact information.

I did this for "Shots Around the Ship," on our Panama cruise and it worked out very well.

It provides several benefits:

1. One stop shopping for folks on this cruise-thread (who are booked) to see what activites are afoot
2. One stop shopping for expressing their interests and submitting their information
3. One consolidated place for organizers to get participant information

That photo was just for fun - the blonde on the left who is NOW got auburn hair is his eldest daughter, in her lap is one of the twins - the blonde behind him is the mother of the three little girls. In his lap is the eldest of her three... does that help - even though Jackie jumped in on MY photo and answered the questions. Shhheeesh the baby can't get no respect...

DH & I have a reservation for 2 at Palo at 7pm and I tried to get the other 4 Adults in our party to get a Palo ressie too for the same night and time but No such luck.. I couldn't even get 2, 2, and 2

I hope once onboard we can get a table for all 6 of us.. DCL says they don't allow 6 at a table but, I know for a fact, pictures for proof, we have done a party of 6 before...

There is but just not for the same days we wanted.. But, I did make them a table for 4 and we have ours for 2 so its ok. We will try for a combined table and day once on the ship.
