As CC folks can book their Palo res at midnight tonight (9pm PDT) I thought I'd go in and take a look at what times were still available for brunch. I'm already booked because I ante'd up for the full price REAS

Here's what I found

Sunday both 10:30 and 11:30 are available. 11 am is booked solid

Monday 11 am and 11:30 are available

Thursday, only 10:30 is available.

Here's the dinner availability

Actually, the only dinner reservation that is not available is 8pm on Sunday, everything else seems to be open.

Tea,

Sunday and Thursday are the only High Tea reservation available.

Hope this helps with your pre planning.

Thought this might be helpful to people who are trying to book Palo tonight.

It does help, IF no one else books anything since that post.. But at least it gives us a little hope ;)

Is there something particular you wanted? I might be able to check for you.

-Kay

I just checked Palo again and currently this is the availability

Brunch

Sun 10.30 and 11.30
Mon 11.00
Thur 10.30

Thanks for the update

Does anyone know.. If I have 3 reservations linked together, and only we are paid in full, can I book a Palo under us but for 6 Adults? or can I only book for Hubby & I since we are paid in full?

:confused3

I could only book for max 2 adults because that is all we had in the cabin.

I am not 100% sure, but I thought I heard that there were issues where cabins were linked and some people were not paid in full/were not within their booking window. Perhaps someone with more experience of linked reservations can answer with more certainty. (In other words, don't panic yet)

We are doing the back to back cruises September 12 and 19. Does anyone have any idea if the entertainers for the shows will be different from one cruise to the next or if they will remain the same?

You will only be able to book for the people paid in full...so you will only be able to book for two. This is what I recently read...in the past this was only true for excursions but they have since made it that way for Palso also. As I say, this is what I recently read. When you log in tonight, the names of the other people should be 'greyed' out, and you will not be able to book anything to include them. However...if when you select Palo and if the names are not greyed out...then DCL changed it back. :confused3

It seems to be easier to take an existing reservation for two people and change it on board to a larger group (or another day/time) than it does to get a brand new booking on board. At least this has been my experience and what I've heard from others.

Thanks...
I also thought it was only paid in full people for all reservations..

I will book DH & I for dinner and hope to upgrade to a bigger table when on the ship..

Also I will try for High Tea for 2 and hope to upgrade to 3 for the women..

Hey Stacy.....I already have High Tea booked and will upgrade it to a table of four after we link our dinner table ressies....that will enable me to add more people.....it doesn't matter who.

I have it booked for Monday 9/14 at 3pm for me, you, Kathe and Vicki. Did you want me to change that or keep it? Just let me know.

We've got the outfits. Now we just need to be able to get a reservation for high tea.

Speaking of shopping, I made the first purchase of accoutrements today for semi-formal night, I guess we have decided to dress up for formal night, high tea and semi-formal night.

At least nothing is coming from Bulgaria this time.

Still torn about the shirts, plain or fancy, not sure.

Just a shirt and one other accoutrement to buy. Luckily, everything else we already have.

I'm beginning to think we go on cruises, just to have someplace to where all this stuff.

Are we going to be the only passengers travelling with hatboxes?

I don't know, but I would imagine so, because to DCL their all 7-nights, so unless contracts are up, I would think the entertainment would be the same.

I remember reading something about swimming with sea lions in St. Thomas. Is anyone doing that, or know where to find the info about-I don't see it listed on the Disney site. Thanks...Vicki
