Ok, I JUST came across the info on the pin event at WDW for Sept. Well, we are beginning our vacation Sept 10th so this is of some interest but I really don't understand the whole thing. I'm sure this has all been asked, but I can't find a simple explaination for a newbie.
Ok, so I understand the event is at Epcot. Does the $75 cover all 3 days? (We don't arrive until the 10th.)
What happens if we go to Epcot that day? Will there be non-ticket trading events? Or will the CM possibly have pins they normally wouldn't?
We are casual collectors. The $75 seems pretty pricey. Why do people pay that? (See, I said that I'm totally confused) What's so special about the event?
I saw that there will be a kid's area at the event. Will people really pay $75 for their kids to go?
What is this RSP? Does that mean you aren't guarenteed a ticket?
If we don't do the pin event is Epcot a good place to avoid during this event then?
Between the Night of Joy at MK and Pin Event at Epcot, I'm beginning to wonder about the crowds. We like Sept because the crowds are low. What do you think the size of the crowds will be like? Will the rides be "open" because everyone will be at the event?
Any other info would be appreciated. I did read Disney's event info, but for someone who has no idea it was a little "over the top". We wouldn't be interested in the auction because I'm sure it's expensive items. (we're just casual collector who will happen to be at WDW at this time)
Thanks for all your help!!!!!
