Which do you perfer,Sept, after Labor day or Nov. after Thanksgiving? We have been to WDW many, many, times and usually perfer May (early),or Nov when the Christmas things are up,but last year went in Oct and it was great except that they has no e-ride nites but had the MNSSHP,and this year I'd like to hear from anyone who has been there in Sept after Labor Day compaired to Nov.after Thanksgiving. Of course, codes, pkgs, specials, etc will also help us choose. We love e-ride nites but I know that they are never written in stone, and we of course like it when it does not have such long lines, and no one does Christmas decor. like Disney. We have AAA (really miss the Disney Club) but sometimes we have Annual passes and use them for discounted rooms.Would like to hear from anyone who has been in either Sept. or Nov.

just hopping on as we are trying to decide between early Nov( haven't been then) and early Dec( have been, liked it but kind of want to go to food and wine)...especially interested in weather difference and park crowds if anyone knows

Have been during both months I believe that November is the best time before Thanksgiving but after the Christmas Decorations...Remember last September no codes where offered except to us Florida Residents...My trip in September last year and well very trip in September was been always been just before, during, or just after a major storm (hurricane) It can really get on your nerves.

Mid-November has small to medium crowds. (Usually Fast-passes aren't even offered)

Best time to take a Trip early May....::yes::

DW is suppose to be the slowest between the week after Thanksgiving till 1 week before Xmas.. I vote November.

I went in Sept 1997 when I was pregnant...UGH!! I WAS SO HOT!! I pick cooler weather anytime!

not trying to hog the thread but I am so sorry!

we usually go first week dec or early Jan and it is great except some want to go to waterparks this time and we usually don't do it in Dec. as the days may or may not be warm enough. I didn't notice any more crowds in Jan except maybe a few longer waits ( 15 mins rather than none-10) for RNR , TOT, btmr, malestrom

so how late in the fall is "warm enough to swim" weather pretty dependable? daughter's baby is due july 31 so we want to go as late as possible but before it is to cold to swim

and how is the may weather as we may go then for a few days for the flower show as we may need to go to FL for business then anyway( no need to twist my arm!)

thanks

jann1033,

The weather in the first few weeks of May is wonderful...my favorite time of year warm without being so hot you don't want to move.

On our trip in November 14-20, we where at the pool everyday...At night it got a little cool, not cold. But you never know 100%.

We arrived that Saturday after T-Giving in 2002, for a week's stay, and LOVED it. We stayed at the Boardwalk Villas (rented points from a DIS Member). Walked into the lobby and they were assembling a chocolate holiday scene. Disney AND chocolate... must be what heaven is like. The holiday crowds thinned out on Sunday. Wait times were almost non-existant. I would not hesitate to visit at this time of year again!!!!
