Alright so now since PoR isn't really included (5%, seriously?!) I am thinking of switching to 2 rooms at an all star with the 15% off should be cheaper or at least as much as PoR without the discount? We are a party of 5 so we are kind of limited as to where we can move...decisions decisions...

I'm on Orbitz now and I see that I could've gotten a WL Courtyard View for $94 cheaper than what I got when I booked with Disney this morning, but oh well. I'm encouraging someone else to go and grab that deal!

I just checked Travelocity and I could've gotten the same deal for $115 less.

I think I'm going to stop looking now. lol

Thanks smitch. Thought my mother was going to give up. Two hours on hold but it all worked out. Did the ro ress online and got that done in ten minutes. So now we won't have to get a taxi. My mom can just ride her scooter over to POR the next morning to check in.

So surreal that all this is going on. We got lucky, hit it right at 7 and got 2 nights AS Music at 133.00. Fingers crossed and pixie dust for those still trying.

Trying to decide if it makes more sense to go with the RO discount or switch our days to catch FD. We had 4 nights/5 days with RO and bumping up to 6 days/7 nights with FD (full plan, not CS) is only about $600 more.

We currently have character meals booked every day; worried that I won't be able to rebook with new dates. But I think the FD probably makes more sense... right?

FD only requires a minimum 3 night stay. I have seen people post that they got it for 4 nights, at least when booking online.

Just got ff the phone took about 15 min total. Checked on moving to 2 rooms at Pop, movies and sports all were slightly more than 1 garden view room at POR so we went with that - difference of about $200, I think but I am so confused right now!

I had to break for a few hours to actually do my job, but now I STILL can't get thru, circuits are busy? Very bizarre. And the website is saying it can't do bookings currently, so can't check availability. All for what will be about $200 for the two rooms combined at POR. Hmm.

First time poster, been lurking for a while. I wanted to share my story in case it helps anyone. We were booked at the Contemporary from 11/4-11/9 (so no free dining). I called right away this morning and was on hold for about 50 minutes. When I got through, I was told that the only room discounts at Contemporary were Club Level. I had her check the Polynesian (our back up resort) and it had a discount. The difference ended up being about $1,140. A caveat: we went from a theme park view at Contemporary to a standard view at Polynesian (which probably increased the discount amount), but I thought the total difference was worth it. I think she said my room discount was 20% or something. Anyway, I hope that helps someone.

I booked on-line at 12:16am. However, I didn't see anywhere to add Disney Magical express. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes trying to talk to someone so that we can get a bus ride!

I didn't see anyway to change my reservation to add ME. Am I missing something? Should I continue to hold? Maybe I should just hang up and call back tomorrow?

I was getting that error message when I was trying it using IE - try switching to another browser. Once I tried in Chrome I had no trouble booking and even have my email confirmation to prove it.
