So, what's everyone doing on Saturday before the PI party. Our plan is to leisurely make our way over to Orlando from St. Pete. We're checking into BCV and plan to play in Stormalong for most of the morning and early afternoon. We'll probably just have lunch at Beaches & Cream. Then, we'll try to get the girls to take a nap and then head over to Downtown Disney. Then, we have PS for O'hana at 7:10pm and we'll watch fireworks from the Poly.

I figured that was a leisurely way to spend the day before the cruise.

We are getting in Friday night late. Saturday morning we'll head over to Epcot and meet up with a friend from the 10 day cruise and do Soarin'. Sometime during the day we need to meet up with one of the cruiers from our May '06 cruise who is coming off the repo and getting our cruise mascot from them. Then I think we'll chill in the afternoon, grab a bite to eat and head over to Downtown Disney to party!

I was so busy at my old job, that I just realized I forgot a key component to my planning -- transportation to/from the port.

I usually rent two one-way trips in a rental car, but was wondering if anyone from here is taking the Disney Bus. I am not sure I want to deal with the hassle of a rental car this trip.

I was thinking if all my friends were on the bus, we just might do that. Imagine, a bus full of DIS/DVC members. The drivers will all demand hazard pay.

Any input guys?

We get in Friday morning at 9:30, so we'll be at MGM before noon! Spending Friday at MGM b/c I read somewhere that Tom Joyner's family reunion is going to be at MGM on Saturday. So I'm staying FAR AWAY! Saturday we are going to go to AK for the morning, have PS for Breakfastasauras at 8am. We usually don't spend a lot of time there, so we'll go back to the room for naps, then head over to meet all you guys at PI around 3, maybe get some shopping in at the scrapbook store before.

We are taking the bus from POR to the port Sunday morning. This is my first trip ever without a car, so I'm sure I'm going to be freaking out depending on Disney to transport me! I spoke to MS this morning and they don't charge for transfers for the babies, so I got a bargain!

Oh I forgot to tell you all what I bought yesterday when I was at Office Max.

I bought a 3 ring binder with Mickey on the front, a matching folder that I'll use in the binder so it will have pockets and a matching spiral notebook. Since I keep a binder for my trips I decided I would use this for my trip planning binder. It is so darn cute

We have to drop the dog at the Kennel on Sat. morning. (Maybe Fri. not sure of their hours)

Then I have no plans other than the PI party and dinner after.

Gail - that sounds like something I need to have! We have got to stop finding fun things that I need ya'll or I'm going to be in trouble at home with no where to store my cool finds.

I'll be fine wearing the blinkies whenever as I wear flipflops in the summer. I have a pair of pink capri's that I think they match ...

Oh edited to add that on Saturday we arrive pretty early so we will check in at SSR (maybe our room will be ready?) and then probably head to DTD for some Disney Quest time and some shopping/food pre meet. After the meet we also have O'Hana reservations (I think at 7:40 or so) and hope to catch wishes on the beach at the poly before heading back towards SSR and DTD.

Ooohh, how fun!! I need to find a binder or folder to put all my travel stuff in, along with the stuff that I'm going to save for my scrapbook.

It's not a Mickey binder. But I'm going to bring a 12x12 craft keeper from Michaels, they are usually $1 on sale. That way I can keep all my goodies sealed up and protected!

Yeah, I have a bunch of those hanging around my house in different crevices within my scrap room. I will probably bring a few of those. This is going to be SO much fun!!!

Oooohhh!! Cirque Du Soleil!!! How fun!!! I've lived here in central FL since Cirque came here and I STILL haven't gone. One of these days, probably when the girls are older, so that we can either take them or put them in the kids clubs at Disney.

We are flying in around noon on Saturday. We'll p/u our rental car, check-in at OKW and meet up with the rest of our party. We'll probably take the kids to check out the new Sandcastle Slide at the pool. Then it'll be time to head over to DTD... Hopefully our room will be ready before then.

We plan on hitting the DisMeeting and the Bon Voyage party before exploring DTD (ds is addicted to the Lego Store). We're planning to grab a light dinner at Earl of Sandwich. After that, we'll head back to the rooms to hang out. Nothing really exciting planned, but we're going back to WDW right after the cruise, and have big plans for then !

We have breakfast reservations at Olivia's on Sunday before heading to the port, and then it's CRUISING TIME!!!!

When you watch Wishes from the Poly beach can you hear the music or do they some how have it piped in?

No, no, no... you use the blinkies as a signalling device. If the blinkies are flashing (just tap your feet up and down), it's time for dh (or anyone else who is handy) to refill your drink. No need to ask, no need to walk.

Crutches, heck, I'd need a wheelchair!! I already don't walk well with those flip-flops, let alone if I've been drinking konk koolers!!!
