it's been a while since i posted, mainly due to the flurry of activity of getting the three boys back in school...3 different schools this year and SO much to do!
kim: i bought the lime green disney t-shirts that have been on clearance. i expect lots of folks have. DH thinks it was a good idea (though he's wondering why lime green
), but it remains to be seen how my two teenagers feel!
wiggles: one word of caution about putting DD8 in with DD5...she's likely to get very bored. our youngest DS was 6 and a half last year and was bored to tears with the 5-7 program. he'll be a couple weeks shy of 8 this year and is very hopeful (so are we!) that they'll let him into the lab. one of the problems with being bored with the program is that he didn't want to go to the club...mainly when DH and I had non-kid-involved plans! they will allow you to put your 8yo into the club, but they won't allow you to move her back if she is unhappy with it (heard this myself last year when someone was doing it and have since read the same on these boards).
joksten: sorry about your loss. i lost my younger sister (only 36) a few years ago. yesterday was her birthday...she would have been 42.
whoever's doing the wristbands: is it too late to order?
Beth
