Morning All!

Don't dispare...I didn't think about getting a brunch until we were onboard and as soon as we embarked, I got a Sunday brunch..so no worries.

I have my Palo dinner for Wednesday too...I made it for Friday last year (it was the only one available) and I found that Wednesdays menu was a good night for Palo.

ok..gotta get busy...walked in to a flooded office this morning. The AC overflowed and so I need to find someone to come out...TTYL!

Really...I think it is the best night...everyone from our last Dis cruise went on that night...the dining room was empty!

No special menu...kinda "leftover" night..LOL

Hey all! I'm going on this cruise with my boyfriend...I'm a cruising virgin but he's been before. I wanted to say hi and see what tips ya'll have, so I've been trying to catch up...wow...you guys have been posting for ages. I'm really starting to get excited!

Thanks! I'm not looking for any specific hints...I'm just excited to be going, so I want to know as much as possible. I picked up Birnbaum's guide to the Disney Cruise Line and it had all sorts of great hints.

I do have one question...are excursions worth it? I'm tempted to say I'd probably enjoy being able to explore on my own more...but are there some that I shouldn't miss?

Awesome! Thank you. I'd seen the passporter but wasn't sure if it was any good. I'd gotten Birnbaum's guides before so I knew it was probably decent. I'm going to order the Passporter.

i said it earlier in the week..i LOVE my delux..I have my hotel print out stuck in one pocket..my itinerary stuck in another..and it has reviews and ratings of all excursions!

I think I'll order it and have it delivered to work. That way I can miss the "rolling of the eyes" from DH. He already thinks I'm crazy enough.

Okay, I feel rather dumb...but I've been looking around and I am curious to know what all the "D" abbreviations mean. "DH, DS, etc". Sorry if I'm asking too many questions!

Anyway...I'm a mom to a four year old who will not be going on this cruise with us. (no flames please!) It's our (the BF and I) first real vacation together, so I wanted to do it solo...plus I haven't been away from my son for more than 2 days since he was born. Moms need a break too! I'm looking forward to some adult fun and getting to see how things work so I'll know what he can do next time around.

The D's stand for "Dearest", like so:

DD = Dearest Daughter
DS = Dearest Son
DH = Dearest Husband
DW = Dearest Wife
DBIL = Dearest Brother In Law
DSIL = Dearest Sister In Law
etc.

Whew! My fingers are tired.

Need to eat lunch.
