Ok I can be up and ready but I am cutting the walk to 1 mile, in the time DiDi two Miles and I am skipping the coffee.

This is the schedule that DiDI put out, I am skipping the coffee and heading up to the deck to get a head start at 6am. Getting in 1 mile and heading for the breakfast.

Get up by 5:30AM
Run to room 6098
Drink a cup of coffee
Run up to the deck with Didi
Do a fast paced 2-mile walk
Run to the gym
Stairmaster
Weights
Abs
Proceed back to 6098
Take a cup of coffee to DW
Go to breakfast with DW
Enjoy the rest of the day.
 
:sad1: Wow this is gonna be a great cruise!! For once, I won't be the tallest gal in the group! 6'1... impressive. I'm 5'10 and people never stop commenting on how tall I am. Now, I'm not shy about wearing heels - so I can get up there to 6'1 w/ the right shoes. :cool1: Shoes... did someone say shoes?? I'd love to go shopping but will have the monkeys (2 - DS) with me so no go. Take them shopping ya say... it's just NOT worth it! :scared:

Work out schedule - hmmm... I'd love to but I'm not an early riser and thank goodness neither are my kids. Not to mention - I couldn't work out until the kids club opens; when is that? (Remember - I'm the single parent.) I plan on going at least 4 times and I'll try my darndest for 5! Just asked my trainer today for a 'program' I can go by since I wouldn't do half the stuff I do if he didn't tell me/push me to. :p ;) If anyone cares to join me right after the club opens and I can feed my kids breakfast and go. I'll eat afterwards - even if it has to be by myself. (Can't eat before working out - I get cramps. :sad1: )

Speaking of diets... I'm on a mission to lose at least 5 lbs before the cruise. 1200 calories a day, working out 5 days a week. I've done it before and I hope to do it again. Not only would I like to take off what I've gained (recently) but it'll give me more cushion when I put on a few pounds cuz ya know that's gonna happen with all that glorious food!! :banana: :banana:

Did someone say food?!? ... I LOVE to eat. Ya see, I don't exercise to be healthy, look good, etc. I do it so I can EAT MORE!! ::yes:: :mickeybar :mickeybar :mickeybar ::yes::

I am off sugar for the 2wks prior to the cruise, (this from a LOVER of cakes, and dessert of all kind). I am trying my hardest to work out as much as possible.
I'd love to join you for a midmorning work out. Maybe we could set a schedule for those that prefer to wait for "THE LIGHT OF DAY". :rotfl: I do like to have a little something in my stomach otherwise I don't have the stamina. :cheer2:

I would love to take a quick walk - at a decent hour!!

I hear there is a new workout regime on board the Magic. It’s called stretch your plastic, and burn your cash!! Workout starts as soon as any store opens. Warm-up starts 15 minutes prior to the any store opening. Run ladies, run…… :moped: The first one to the Kino’s Sandal store will burn at least $150.00 calories. ;) Those who do not wear shoes only $145.00, since they won't have traction on their feet. :rotfl:

I probably will do my workout early in the AM, but of course, so I can gorge myself all day long. :goodvibes :goodvibes

They do they have some workout classes during the day. I’m game for going during the day time as long as it does not cut into my making origami animals out of towels. ;) A girl has to set some priorities here!! :rotfl2: :rotfl:

:earseek: Erin: i'm glad to hear my DD's arn't the only ones. one minutes they are thick as thieves,and the next at each others throats.....AAAHHHHHH.
Whats making it worse it they are both entering pre-adolesance!!!! Those of you with DS's thank your lucky stars :earseek: Some days I'm waiting for their heads to spin round and the pea soup to come out :rotfl2:

But those wonderful moments of cuddles make it all worth while and you can barely remember the bad..... :goodvibes
 
So..at the bottom of the form where they ask you how you are travelling there and how many nights you are staying, are they referring to just Castaway Cay or the ship? :confused3
