Hi Julie ~ It's 10:24 PM and Didi's been asleep for 2 hours now.

We spent the day visiting my brother's family on Cape Cod. Didi took a nice long walk with our sister-in-law, while my brother and I took the kids for a boat ride in Cape Cod Bay.

It was a nice day.

Deanna ~ for the record, If I had taken #3003 last night it would have been accidental.

Evening everyone.
DD9 told me tonight her teacher wants her to put Trip photo's on a disk and write up something to present to her class.....cool huh!!

That is stressing me out. My DD8 third grade teacher is not a kind woman. She needs to do 4 nights of vocabulary homework. 4 math papers, and write in a journal. I think this is excessive. DS7...NOTHING. He always lucks out with the Romper Room teachers.

May I ask, is it 2 suitcases per person plus a carry on each? We have 2 suitcases, 2 garment bags, and 3 carry ons. There are 4 of us.

Also, anyone else with a DD or DS 8/9 or a DS 6/7? They are only 14 months apart and are bummed they will be seperated from each other in the club/lab.

Good Evening, I had to read 10 pages to catch up! I'm totally depressed, I got nothing done this weekend that I wanted to do. Still haven't packed anything! Oh well....

MKUsmile-love the little pirate! I hope to get to see CC in the sunshine. On our 4 day cruise 3 years ago, it rained all day at CC.

Okay, what's with all the tropical activity this week? I'm cringing! Please just gggggggoooooooooooooooo aaaaawwwwwwaaaaaayyyyy!!!!!

For anyone who cares, I won't be wearing nylons!

Dennis- if you are still trying to decide about which restaurant, I'd go with Canada, or stick with Italian. Chad and I ate at France for lunch a couple of trips ago, and I was totally unimpressed. Even with our DVC discount, I just thought the food was mediocre.

Sorry I missed the whole race for the 3003 post, this weekend was just a blur, didn't even read the dis at all yesterday!(Imagine that!)

Okay, has anyone else checked on the whole fitness center situation that Larry posted about? DH is hounding me about it.

Oh, and last but not least, If we run out of room on the digital cards, can you get a disk made on the ship? How much does it cost? DH really doesn't want to take his laptop, and saving the photo's would be the only reason, that he would take it.

Well I must go and iron school uniforms for tomorrow. I'll catch up with ya'll later!

Erin--ITA about France--I wasn't impressed either...I don't think that their food is always very authentic....esp. the croque monsikeur at Les Chefs de France--NOT typical at all. However, the food at the counter service location is great.

Yes, you can have a CD made onboard. I think it is between $12-$15.00...I asked in Jan, but can't remember.....

Sadly - I still have to shop for shoes and... the dreaded nylons! Yes, I wear them. I like them - how sick am I? Whether I wear them both formal nights is something I haven't decided yet.

Happy Monday!!! I'm still not counting down the days til the cruise.

All three bags are almost packed should have this completed by tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

By the way, I never put on nylons. I never where skirts!!! Get this, I did purchase two black skirts for the cruise for formal night. I'm not sure which one I will wear. Since they are to be packed tonight, I should make up my mind!!! NO NYLONS, I still have a good base tan.

Well, I must get a cup of coffee in me fast.

I'm officially packed. Yippee. Too much ironing for me.

Season- Love the new pics. Everyone needs to forget about spending all their money at Shutters, we just need to hire Season and Eric for our photography!

Thanks everyone for the compliments on the wedding. It went PERFECTLY, if I do say so myself. And there was'nt any "embarrasing memorable moments" either, like "Uncle Billy Bob Joe" getting so drunk he rips off his pants and goes dancing on the floor in his boxers..etc. Well, not unless it was staged, that is. My body right now feels like it's been hit with a truck though. My two main goals in the next couples days is to rest and pack!'

I haven't had a chance to catch up on the threads and I don't think at this point I will be able to before leaving, but I'll give it a good try. I gotta at least go back and see who posted 3003!

Deanna of course got the award for posting on 3003, it was a close call. My DH almost got it too, he was a few seconds behind that rascal we call Deanna.

Get some rest now, we can not allow you to be sick on this cruise.

Patrick woke with up with the sniffles, this is not acceptable.

I'll have to pump the little guy with some serious drugs. I already got our Zpacks for the trip, and now I'll call Patrick's doctor too.

I thought Dennis may have posted the latest on the weather this morning, but I guess he has not. Must have more important things - like his LAST day of work - Woo-Hoo!!!! Looks like I will have to try and investigate the weather all by myself. Yikes!

Didi - I hope Patrick is better soon! You know, even if he does get a full blown cold (which he WON'T ) he will be better by Saturday at embarkation time!! Lots of hugs to him for me!!

Ingrid - Glad the wedding day was perfect! That is what you all deserve. Absolutely, I was here worrying overtime while you were away! You can expect no less from me - and I shall continue it even though you are back!!

Good morning everyone! I'm determined to get some packing done today!

I called DCL this morning with all my document questions, and also got my answers about the fitness center. It will be closed during our cruise! She said that all of the equipment will be moved to another location on the ship, and will be available for use. She said that nothing is affecting the spa.Good thing, because DH encouraged me to go ahead and go to the spa. I promptly made myself a massage appointment(I don't need to be told twice! ).

Smilingmouse, thanks for the info about the photo disks. That will be one less piece of equipment for us to tote. I told DH last night that it is his job to pack all camera's and techno stuff. He sat and downloaded all the maps to and from port on his GPS.(like we would get lost on our way to WDW, ) I could make that drive in my sleep!

I actually started making a door sign last night. It won't be anything special, but it will be a sign. I'm going to go look at the sign thread some more and get a few ideas. If all else fails, I'll beg Deanna to help me around 1:00am Friday morning!

Well I need to go put some laundry in the dryer!

Marsha - Jack has allergies, too. He just started having them this year in the Spring. I don't know if he will have Fall allergies, but I know how bad they can make a person feel. Hope you and your daughter are feeling great soon!
