I never look at my computer over the weekends and here I am on Monday afternoon checking the board ... OMG... it took me 45 minutes just to read 10 pages since my last post. You guys are outa control!!! :p

Ladies... I must say - I'm a planner but you all got it 'goin on!'. Lists, highlighters and spreadsheets, OH MY! :rotfl:

I did pull some of my kids clothes out but I'm waayy behind on my stuff. I just started to panic about formal nights for my boys. Rushed out to buy new pants for DS 5 since I only had one real 'dress' pair. Now trying to find shoes in his size. Problem - he is real fussy about his shoes and socks. Anal rententiveness runs in the family; unfortunately. :rolleyes1

David - the shirts look great... typo and all! Please explain the "barney's xxx?" thing. What did I miss? :confused3

Love to shop too - I was formerly a professional shopper; i.e. Purchasing Manager before kids. Never bought anything fun like shoes, clothing, etc. but totally understand the value of a bargin!! I LIVEand DIE for a DEAL! :teeth: My ex used to say after a day of shopping "how much did you save me today honey?". And before you smartalecks can reply... no - that was not the reason for the demise of my marriage. lol! :rotfl2: That reason is not worth repeating... I've moved on to bigger and better things! ;)

Till next time,
Christine

Jamie - That's gotta be the best luck ever!! Woo-Hoo!! Good idea!!

I better not try that up to my room number - 6043! :teeth:

NO HURRICANES!

:charac2: :dancer: :charac2: :dancer: :charac2: :dancer: :drinking1 :drinking1

Go Jamie, LOL :rotfl:

Partyelf, I have found if you don't check the boards AT LEAST twice a day your lost :earseek:

I still don't have shoes to wear for formal night, and its not for a lack of shopping :rotfl: . My dress is white so simple black won't do. Anybody mind if I bare foot it??? :confused3 I have a pair of fall back somewhat dressy sandles but wanted something a little nicer. So everyone, NO LOOKING AT MY FEET AT DINNER :earboy2: OK??? :rotfl:

Oh come on julie you know you want to try for 6043 :rotfl2: :moped:

WHAT?!? You don't have any shoes yet? That is the most important part!

OHMIGOSH Christine! My DS, age 9, is the same way. The socks can't be too thick or too thin, the seam must be on top of the toes, not at the tips, etc. etc. It drives me insane. Going shoe shopping is a nightmare. He had to get sneakers yesterday and I made DH go with me so he could have share in some of the fun also! We had a heck of a time finding Docker-like khakis for him. He's just in between size 8 and 10 and we must have tried on a dozen different brands before we found one that fit to his approval. At least he doesn't ask that I cut all of his tags out of his clothes anymore. ARGH! Fortunately we live right near the outlets so we could just bounce from store to store.

I think if we try hard enough, we can get to post 6043...especially if it means No HURRICANES!!

So, has everyone here decided on Paradise Beach vs. Mr. Sanchos? Anyone been to either before? Wonder how they rank vs. Chankanaab for the kids.

Our hurricane dances seem to be working..........keep it up!!!!
I have no Icons available but I am Dancing................

Marsh - I had just sent my latest message and was reading yours when I saw you were working your way up to post 2526. I was freaking out thinking I'd stole you thunder... I lucked out and you got it! Still sorry for the close call- it was unintentional. :guilty:

I don't even know what cribbage is?! Is it a card game? But I do play a mean game of knock your neighbor. Any east coasters ever heard of that one?

Knitting, sewing... uh - not a chance. When a button falls off a shirt - I take it to the dry cleaners to get fixed... no lie! :jester: Scrapbooking is about as crafty as I get.

Ok - here's my no hurricane dance...

:cheer2: :thewave: :drinking: :jumping2: :rockband: :drinking1 :teleport:  :jumping1: :Pinkbounc :disrocks: :thewave: :cheer2:

I know.....I know.....trust me I'm not happy about it. I am still looking though. Might have to shop for some cute ones in port.

I think with all those fancy schmancy dresses, we won't pay too much attention to your feet. Besides, I don't think the Fashion Police has jurisdiction in international waters.

Kim - Formal night sometime after our Key West stop so maybe you could pick up some cute sandals at Kino Sandal Shop. I am really worrying about your shoe situation.

Phooey -- you beat me to it (we're in 6319, but I couldn't remember for sure so I had to dig back about 20 pages in the thread to verify)...

Ok, now I am worrying my formal isn't up to par. I don't have a fancy schmancy dress. Is everyone wearing a long dress? Like a formal gown? EEEEEK!

Elf - I can't believe I live so "close" to you and have never heard of Knock your Neighbor. Is that like Cow Tipping?
